Increase Item Drop Rate from certain Cards/card sets

So i've tried a few and some have a really frequent drop rate and some never proc..

Snowier Card = Chance to receive Ice Cream from Monsters
a day of farming can yield about = A LOT (the stuff drops like crazy)

Grove Card = Chance to receive Mix Fruit from Formless Monsters
a day of farming can yield 10-20

Myst Case Card = Chance to receive a Gift Box from any Monster
a day of farming can yield about 15-30

Mimic Card = Chance to receive an OBB from any Monster
a day of farming can yield about 0-2

Merchant Card Set = chance to receive an OPB from any monster
a full day of farming can yield about 0-1

and I hear the cards that make low level elemental stones drop are just as horrid

considering the merchant set can transform the stuff you are attacking into scary monsters that can kick your butt it would be nice if it yielded more than 1 OPB per week.. same with mimic card..



while on that subject increasing the frequency of Ore Discovery would be nice too <3

I agree that the drop rates of the Box of X, +3 stat food, Blazzer, and GB/OBB/OPB drop cards should be raised significantly. The OBB/GB/OPB drop rates used to be higher, but were lowered significantly because the cards were being abused by botters.

Well Botters and Gold farmers still rule the day sadly, I have seen in Valkyrie people botting with spare cards and +7 ST Patrick hats. There are even a dozen bots on Ghostrings, angelings, Arch Angeling,Deviling and even Dragonfly. In fact you see Several 3rd jobs botting in low level maps - I dont know the deal with that. Why would a RG, a RK and a Shura bot in Grand pecos ? - a map fit for 73- 85 level people.

The only people who suffer nerfs are real hardworking players. Instead of nerfing stuff , there needs to be a way to discourage botting or atleast reduce it.

I wont mind a rate increase. I use a Blazer belt. It is supposed or was supposed to drop stat foods but instead it drops garbage potion type items and that too at a ridiculously low rate. Box of X seem very low too. So low that its pointless to use one of them.

This guy has pretty much covered everything that needs to be said here. As he said, a rate increase wouldn't be all that bad if it allowed decent stuff to be dropped - But it's usually just stuff I can get regularly.

I know this is old but I agree the rates need to be buffed. Especially blazer card; not only are its rates beyond abysmal, but it doesn't even drop stat foods anymore.
