Please increase default base level on protectors.

I believe protectors should get more HP when they're naked and wearing a Teddy Bear costume.

Seriously though.... My prot is lvl 65 with above average gear ( +15 Lab M-C, +15 Kushenphoons Devil Sword, +10 Seamless {s2} etc.) and even so i only have bout 6.5k hp. I think seeing as a Protector can do nothing else but tank (cause lets face it they suck at pvp and pve) we should have more HP than any other race / class. im not saying 50k but i think at my lvl it should be closer to 10k than it is now.

Not everyone has money to make a +30 8/8. It just doesn't work that way.

A Protector is suppose to be a meat shield and yet it doesnt have the largest HP out of all classes. :/

Either more HP or bring back S1 Ion Enchants or Enchant compounding.

Only warriors have more and considering their gameplay it is understandable. Not saying prot hp shouldn't be upped or should. Just that there are ways around it, expensive of course, but it doesn't mean +30 everything.

Protector need to tank. RH still requires a 75+ lvl prot to tank him or a high number of rads. It sucks that you need high level classes to do raids :?

even 79 prots need pretty good eq to tank. should be easyer for new ppl

It's hand in hand situation. Protectors and Radiant's are a married couple in the game. They can do some things on their own, but when it comes to a DC, RH, Bisk, ET raid you have to have both. There are a few tanks on Valdes server and they are a Brick ____ House. Yes they use S1 stuff. Polar set, with s1 con enchants, if your lucky to have a Kallions sword :blaugh:, if not a S1 Kush (there are a fair number of them on server still). When it's talked about expensive builds it is just that. There has been and always be benefits for being a paying customer. People can eat at the buffet all day long but i want a STEAK!

Another thing that prots should have is a better taunt... even with both taunts maxed and maxed the skill that gives some more argo you can still lose the argo against an OP char, specially to a zerker ( i know a couple of em ) or mystic/forsaker... there are some ppl that make almost 7k crits on bosses like Tyrant or ET... ive seen a +30 ranger to steal argo over a prot that hasnt taunted for 2 mins ( he had to pee you know )...
as prots dont have dmg or AOEs to help keep argo, at least let us have a better taunt.. soon if a mystic makes a +30 carus jewels set and has all equipment maxed for dmg they should wait outside of the boss area for 5 mins or the tank is doomed to lose the argo

Yeah! A prot pasive HP would be awesome, and since we are at it Doomguars (only in doomguard form) could get a boost there also.
Maybe removing Physical Blesing from defenders tree (cos lets face it, HP regen its useless) and make it a Protector % based HP pasive would be nice. That way you dont even have to think of a name and make a new icon. Fits the recicle ways of requiem :P

As for taunts... in raids they work perfect, i never lost aggro to any mall whores so far. In grind/farm its completely diferent taunting cry cant hold aggro alone of all mobs from a +30 person.

But lets face it, gravity didnt liked prots very much, since S1 every class were able to tank if worked enough and never changed much.
