November Ice is a Novice only guild and was created on the iRO Chaos server in 2003 by a Novice named Soujiro. He began playing iRO during Alpha testing in September 2001, but did not start playing as a Novice only until Beta testing in January 2002. His guild inspired its expansions August Fire (Currently Known as February Fire) for Super Novices only in 2005, and December Wind for High Novices only in 2009. During 2005, Soujiro gave permission to Wandering Neko to run an expansion of November Ice called November Ice Rebirth, but it became inactive and was broken down less than a year later. Soujiro first disbanded November Ice in late 2003 due to inactivity, but in 2005 the guild was reformed and leadership of the guild shifted to a Novice called Kihaku. It disbanded again on iRO Chaos server during the premium server merge into iRO Ymir server in 2010. November Ice was recreated in April 2009 on the iRO Valkyrie server and in August 2010 on the iRO Ymir server. The guild is currently being managed and led by the Novice, â??The Wandering Catâ? for both servers.

November Ice is our Novice division and one of three guilds offered for Novice related classes. The guild consists of over 10 members that vary in both skill and experience. We try to maintain a friendly environment for players to socialize, actively encourage partying, and try to hold guild events when possible. Unfortunately we do not actively participate in War of Emperium (WoE) at this time, but may in the future.

Our current established guild spot is located just East in an alley way after you enter Prontera from the South Entrance.

November Ice is always looking for new Novices who are moderately active, social, friendly, loyal, and enjoy playing Novice related classes. We currently rank members based off their base level. Higher level members will be ranked closer to the top of the â??Guild Info Listâ? and lower level members will be ranked at the bottom. Everyoneâ??s title will be recorded in case you fall into or out of the top ranks. This is so we won't have to ask for your title every time you become ranked. Only guild members that request to be taxed will be taxed. If you are inactive on your Novice and alternate characters for a prolonged length of time (Three or more months), you may be temporarily expelled from the guild, but will have the option of rejoining upon your return. This is to keep the guild fresh with active members. Members who are higher level will be more unlikely to be expelled as quickly as lower level members.

* Baby Job Class does not qualify at this time.

In addition to meeting requirements, we remind candidates that there are several guild rules.

November Ice Rules

• No Botting
  
• No Buying/Selling Zeny
  
• No Whining
  
• No Begging (For Zeny/Items/Parties/Etc)
  
• No Malicious Behavior

November Ice does not tolerate any of this kind of behavior. If accused and found guilty of any of these offensives, it will result in a guild expulsion and possible report to Gravity.

Hi WanderingCat, I'd like you to know that I'm extremely pleased that you've carried on the November Ice legacy at its purest form intact. No one could have kept its spirit as accurate as you. You even got the history down accurately! That's amazing! I couldn't be happier to see this thread.

As for myself, I no longer use the name "Soujiro" because the name is too common and generic, but I have expended the November Ice name to other MMO games (in particular Dungeon Fighter Online) while retaining its core spirit of staying a perma character.

Long live Nov Ice~!

PS- Oh and, I googled up and I found some rapper who calls himself November Ice, haha. He stole our name! Well it's probably just a coincidence, but still, our guild was created before him! Should have copyrighted that name!

Interesting, November Ice is still going? seems though you missed out the part of Ninja Looter. The missing chapter of Nov Ice.

Some NI history...

Between Soujiro and kihaku, I remade Nov Ice after soujiro disbanded it due to inactiveness. I thought that leadership could be transfered back to soujiro when he returned. but he decided to stop playing ro for awile, in that time i was accused of stealing the guild from Soujiro.
(Edit: not accused by Soujiro, but by others.)

During this period, Nov Ice succeeded in taking a base in WOE (for a brief moment)
I later decided the guild would be better off without me, so i sayed my fairwells and left the guild.
