Need Reinforcer / Hardener

I need someone to reinforce / harden my lvl 100 + stuff, but i'm new to draco so i don't know any artisans.. Please help me out.

Also, the ROSEna wiki says i need leathers / wood, but kuro-tejina says i don't need that. Which is true?
