Added Green Flower (Max HP 255 + Max MP 120)
Added Black Ribbon (Attack Power 25 + Accuracy 56)
Refine System
Rates and risk has been changed.
When refining, the following will now occur for all item types with the exception of Item Mall items. There has been no change to Item Mall items.

Edit: To elaborate: Yeah, you guys had to revamp the entire refine system...but extending the maint. and adding two IM items to top it all off? I think it wouldn't have been as bitter an experience if the IM items hadn't been thrown in there...

Whats the point giving the 2 new head items in item mall stats if the items don't even have any def or dodge base stats... I understand if your going to use them as part of a costume but its not going to be no good for fighting in so not really any point in the stats?
Just let it be..
If then they add dodge/def base stat....
Would u not going to complaint blah blah ??

I wouldn't complain no because obviously it would have a def and dodge stat..
