I'm 62 and using S1 RH staff and RH shining full set. I'm using for jewelry, don't laugh, S1 C-M set...temporarily, until I can reinforce stuff this weekend. I got some dreamers rings, and hope belt, neck. Are they the best, or is S2 C-M set better? What would be the best stuff to enchant my items with? Thanks.

I am no expert concernig Radiants, but I believe the best enchants would be:

For weapons, high rank magic attack xeons and RH claws, light or just plain magic damage.
For armour, raid xeons (RH, Biskra, Doom Cheras) with MND and/or CON, and also SvS 3-3 Light damage xeons.
For jewels, Ion MIne skill critical xeons 0.50% (well, yes, there are also these pretty hard to find event 0.70% seons...).

Well, OK these are pretty exotic. In their absence, maybe Ion MIne magic attack xeons for weapon, S1 2-2 ones, if nothing of these are available, oh well, plain magic 1-2 ones?
For armour, probably Ion Mine MND and/or CON xeons, in their absence just normal ones... For jewels, skill critical xeons are really nice, but if you cant have any... not sure, maybe normal critical xeons (0.30%) so at least you get some % rate up? Or even some HP xeons?

P.S. I think, for a Radiant reinforced magic jewels are way better than most S2 SL sets (well maybe ID set is OK).

Thanks, I got some s1 2-2 magic xeons and can't afford the raid xeons, damn Biskra always causes everyone to d/c right before he dies (thanks Gravity for still not fixing that bug, awesome!). I like the reinforced dreamers set, they add a lot of nice mnd. Thanks for all the advice, I appreciate the reply.

Switch to a Lvl 65 FoC set and make yourself a shiny +15-20 supernus reinforced magic jewelry until you're higher level and have enough eximius basic xeons and rare basics to make yourself an eximius jewelry + reinforced daybreak belt/necklace.

And yeh, 0,5% skill crit in jewels (Or 0,3/0,3% crits if you can't afford) then either magic damage in armor or resist/def if you feel like pvp'ing.

I disagree with some parts. I have been tweaking my rad and it's not doing to bad considering only lvl 65
Once you hit 65 it's not much of a gap to RH Shining set. Foc is more PvP than support
Save time and money by waiting.

Critical % Xeons will help a lot. Bigger Crit more crit heals.
Also you have to consider the added benefit of overall increase of Regular heals. It's your call on that.
Use C-M set, s2 of course, or Dreamer or higher set.
As you lvl up dont be afraid to grind out some levels with less than perfect gear.

If budget isn't an issue go nuts. 20/20's and as many event 0.7% skill critical s as you need or want.
There is a trade off with any build. Get your budget straight and keep with it.
Just remember you don't want to have to keep waiting for event to up your next set of jewelry. Save the good xeons for lvl cap jewelry.
