I have... the items are missing, can not deposit or withdraw money/items....

Okay I just checked our guild vault today and noticed that everything we had in there has gone missing, just like the picture AkatsukiKawa had posted, so pretty much we're in the same situation. Some of the stuff we had in the vault is not so much missed except for the knight gear my friend was trying to complete the set for even though he wasn't at that recommended level yet.

Just wondering if the fix for this guild vault problem is going to be in the next update because the vault still appears empty when I went to check on it ingame.

Yes, we'll be making another adjustment to see if it changes. If it causes issues again by shifting to another guild's guild vault, then we'll have to wait for the developer to resolve the issue.

Aye, still happening. Unable to apply for Emporia war and items in guild vault have disappeared.

Hey a bug Origins seems to have fixed. I was able to apply to EW and my items were back in guild vault.

Now it happens again to my guild, Regulars.... 
. It happened before (when we had this guild vault problem for the first time), now got this bug again...

Hey a bug Origins seems to have fixed. I was able to apply to EW and my items were back in guild vault.
Well, looks like i was wrong. Guild vault broken again for guild Badtouch.

. After patch, Regulars guild vault is still broken... And now, my guilds vault is broken too . Rivier and Cauldron...

My Guild Vault (Guild IMPROVAVEL) has the same problem, no EW for us again... =|

the devils guild vault was empty, id found out friday, had to conferm with other vice and the leader that no-one moved the stuff for any reason,
sadly we didnt get a pic before this happened, the parts i do know were 2 or 3 im clothing (2 were stone age i believe), 1 bd sealed top for monk, the majority of our slots were monster cards, i can not name which , but id say we had 20 to 30 easy, theres also a chance we had a soul stack, a armor dust stack, and a 1/2 stack of weapon dust. also beleve there were 2 recepies for bd equip/armor, neither very memorable.

It has currently been pushed up as an urgent issue. The server maintenance may restore the guild vaults for some, but may not for all.

Ok, Regulars and Cauldrons guild vault are fixed, but Riviers guild vault is still broken...

this is the 2nd time happen to me but in 2 different guilds, 1st time is before new origins (happen to all guilds) now after today's new patch.

It changes after maintenance. As stated above, it's being looked into.

Just want to report..... after last patch (and server moving), my guild vault (Rivier) was broken. But after roll back, the guild vault is fixed... Maybe it is not maintenance/patch that fixed/broken the guild vault.
(Btw, i dont understand game programming... just want to give information that i found =.=. Hope it may help)

Thank you for the information. We sent up some of the logs regarding it. Hopefully the developer will have a fix for it soon.
