No, they gave it to noobs who never play. I pm the winners every hour, never online. Maybe they should make sure they dont give it to people who have quit the game a day or two before they gave it to them.

They player who receive the CG in draconis is quite active, ive seen it just another version of CG

What is your definition of active?
1-3 hours in total within a day consider active?
People do work and only able to spend few hours a day, some might not even able to do that. People who work supporting your game and get nothing. Those kid who can hang out 8-10 hours per day consider active and get the special price, which on top of that, they have to ask daddy or mommy to buy IM LMAO.
Anyway, if anyone from Draco seen that new CG, can you post a pic of it? Leo winner is probably someone already quit.

I can understand that someone who opens a shop which is online for a full week doesn't get nominated since he's not really doing something. But is just sitting around in Junon talking to people seen as active or do you really have to be fighting or questing? Me for example, I'm online pretty much but I mostly just chat with people and work on finishing my raider
Also, are we looking at accounts that are older then a week? I've seen alot of people trying out this game, getting to lv220 in a few days but eventually end up quitting after 2 weeks because of the 'There is nothing to do once you get to lv220'-dilemma

the way the give out the CG sucks because it can be given to noobs who probably wont even know what its for and then they end up quitting.. zzz

I play 8-14 hours a day - I don't have to ask Mommy Or Daddy to buy IM.
Just thought I'd throw that out der. -
But I do agree that the fact this "celebration" is a little weird ._.
I think everyone shoulda got this CG for a week; Then the random lucky people shoulda gotten to be able to keep it.
(with the quest costing 50m to do, it woulda been a nice money drain)
- I think it's balls that random "active" people where given this CG; and now none of these people are even "showing it off"

Where there is only a few select winners, you shouldn't ever expect to ever win anything- that's just my 2 cents.

the thing is : there are 3 winners already (2 in Leonis 1 in Draconis) and, NONE i bet NOONE have ever seen it or theres no proof of it theres no PIC no Screen shot already posted or am i wrong?

no no way realy realy im thinking those winners are the kind of players who never NEVER EVER come check the website,or read the updates ( because the patch client is unstable and we need to use Genpatch...) never come to forums even never changes their car because they cant afoord a new one ( cuz this crazy insane prices from market) and never had the want to check the "PAT" tile on their inventory, or or they suddenly dead for the big impression of wining an Arurum CG then they cant login cuz they re dead(jk)... hmmm dunno my mind is flying right now
