Endbringer tested Awakening skills as well, I believe. I can disprove the theory that magic doesn't fill up groggy, b/c as an invoker I can use Rain of Fire, Spark Rock, and both of my offensive Awakening skills (Wraith and Lightning Storm, the ultimate) to fill up groggy. Even my x-spam fills it up, albeit barely.

You gotta use... all those skills... to fill up Groggy?

It sounds like it would take more time to use all of that and make sure it hits and holds mobs into place for it to fill up, than the Groggy period offers.

I'm not saying I have to use all of that at once. Just saying those are the skills that fill up groggy. On any normal boss, my ultimate alone is enough to insta-groggy the boss.

The boss goes into a "dizzy" state during which they won't attack, which means you can attack them all you like until the effect wears off without worrying about them moving around or counterattacking.

Also, when a boss is in Groggy, the damage you deal is 1.5x stronger or so.

They die after entering Rage mode, you mean?

If so, then that's normal. AFAIK, Wizard skills don't really fill up groggy so it's quite a pain for that class... I'm also beginning to think it's a bug, since all other classes have at least ONE skill fills up Groggy from level 20-40.

Gladiators: I'm Gone Bear!, Incoming Bear!, Dashing Blow
Knights: Just guessing since I've never tested it, but Spear Jab and Spin it Bear! ?
Hunters: Arrow Shower, Wolf Rush
Marksmen: Gatling Rush, Grenades (Lv. 5 is best for that due to there being 3 grenades), RPG-7 (minor compared to the rest though)
Monk: Rain of Fire. Impossible to get Groggy until you get Spark Rock at level 40, I think.
Wizard: None that I know of! Fire Emblem is the only one that seems to do something, but it's not enough to fill Groggy.
Bandit: Upper Screwdriver, Final Decision (USD fills it more though)
Infiltrator: Don't know yet, cause I don't have one yet myself, but I guess Dagger Throw when there are multiple daggers, possibly Ambush, and Violent Blow.

EDIT: For Infiltrators, Gimlet helps a lot with Groggy at lower levels

Time Freeze
1/5
Stop mobs for a period. Doesn't work for PvP.

I think the Magma Piston is useful when killing Bosses, dont u think so?
the Mirror Image is little bit useless, because the dame of other class is multiple hit, and just 1 skill all ur image disappear don't u think so?
what about the Meteor Strike ? anyone build this way? it seem do very high dame if high lv,u can pass some skill in 6x to build this instead. if build this way u can combine with Thunder Break,  i don't think it totally useless at all, it can save u from the other person causing u an air block.

That just my opinion, hope to see many your response

As for Thunderbreak, it is the skill you can have least use of in the whole Sorcerer's skill tree : it requires high Aim to hit, and guess what, Mages have about none of it at all. I tried it out, and I can assure you that except for maintaining combos when there is a CROWD of monsters nearby and you have leveled it up to 5, it is totally useless. Not nearly enough damage a second or utility to be worth getting (except you're playing an AGI mage...).

Meteor Strike has too many prerequisites and costs too many SP to be worth it... even though it indeed is powerful, I'm about sure you'd need to totally skip awakening skills at least, and although these aren't that powerful, they can still be of more use than the meteor (let's note the first awakening skill, Magma Piston I believe, fills up the groggy bar pretty fast). Plus its cast time is pretty high, and you shouldn't have really the time to use it when you have your damage spells (Blizzard, Emblem, Missiles, Pepper, Penguin).

Given you have an incredible attack speed. Which would be kind of weird, since you also need stuff to increase C.rate and C.damage, and I can't see how you would have the three of these at a time.

This topic is about "End-Game Sorcerers" and with just having your set you'll get around 180% attack speed (depends on what set you take aswell but let's assume we have pos), you just have to add some buffs and you'll manage to attack quickly.

Run a particular thing or a mix.

Critical rate (Ghost buster)

Movement speed(Purplewing/azure glove/god shoe/etc)

Attack speed([Best]Unity/unity set)

I find movement speed the best option for late game pvp.

As for pve, I run movement speed personally because I can clear stuff really fast damage wise, moving faster is the only way to make runs go faster.

If you plan to elga, your better off running Critical rate/cd.
