Ever put your bare hand on ice in the winter? Imagine colder than that. The spider flew off and landed near my cat, Waldo. Waldo took one look at the spider, then hissed. I finally curbstomped the creature then, a little worse for wear, but still here. It took 20 minutes of hot water to soothe my shivering twins though.
For the record, yelling "Holy s**t! A f***ing spider on mah balls! F***ING GAY SPIDER!" is a great way to creep out visitors having a discussion about their time in Florida.

I'm terrified of spiders also, but only if they're big. I don't usually care if it's the size of your pinky. If it's the size of my shoe, it's dying. One time A BIG spider came out of the basement door and scurried around. I stepped on it, but I missed. It retaliated by going up my pants leg. I yelled "Oh gosh!" and took off my pants, but it was now near my bottom half. It's at this point where I prayed that A) It wasn't poisonous My two "boys" wouldn't get removed C) It wouldn't give birth near my private area (Babies need to eat. What's not to fill up a baby spider's tummy than a serving of nuts?) and D) That it would have gotten off by the time I got to the laundry room. I entered the laundry room and grabbed a spray nozzle we have in there. I removed my boxers, pointed at my enemy, apologized to my comrades, and pulled the trigger.

They have to experience the same thing a few times before they get the message.
And they both have kids in puberty.

If a saw those I'd be screaming pretty hard and running really fast in the opposite direction. Though I think it's worse when you step on it. I can't imagine what stepping on something that huge would be like. All bugs if they are huge bugs freak me out the most. One time though there was a big bug on the sidewalk that was kinda cool but then my mom stepped on it and I screamed >.>
That's pretty gross too I'd be running away from that as well.
I just know I'm not going to warm countries where bugs flourish. Thank you Canada for killing stuff in the winter >_>
Note to self: the scariest movie I saw was The Fly. I really don't like bugs.
