Does this skill really have a success rate? cause lvl 4 says 65% but I have yet to see it actual fail to transport me

Not only that, it has a casting time (unless you use DNA) and takes you to a random spot. In the end not very usefull....

During Xmas free resets I toyed with this skill quite a bit, mostly to see if tempest had climbing potential. The cool down on it sucks which is why I'm guessing you haven't seen a fail. From my testing it will not TP you through objects such as walls or pillars most of the time, tho I did get stuck in the mess behind WS's entrance. It did fail for me quite a few times and as far as TPing to a spot where say a roof is thus climbing.... no fruit was bore.

lvl 9 + 9 DNA almost instant like heal now, can't casting when runnig but i like it so MUCH <3 best tempy skill ever! 
hope we get more DNA points

The Druid version of this skill, makes the Tempest version look like utter crap. CAN"T CAST WHILE RUNNING.... Nuff said about it.

If you can choose a destination spot and instant without DNA it may be useful for pvp. Else it's just a LOL skill. Cmon "instant" moving. jajaja?

yeah, it be nice if u can select a target area to teleport to. but then i think this move is still used for climbing. for pvp it would be too erratic to use properly. maybe teleport 15m behind target? that would be interesting.

whyy! i like it even it is fail too often

you can teleport inside texture or at the roof in alban or pillar at foc or mountain at st and etc funny places

i tryed and removed, this skills hates me instanted moved me to the middle of my enemies, couple of times, so i gave up on it :/
