Was in Ice Dungeon heading level 2, heading to level 3 to finish off Gazzi/Titan hunting quest, and ran into this guy 2 times now. Beat it but for some reason got NO exp or items from it.

Cannot find it in the Database so wondering if anyone else knows whats up with this.

something really needs to be done about these random quest mobs on random maps that give no reward for their defeat. i cant think of a single other game that has this same situation, other games either have these special mobs give some fair amount of exp/drops or they spawn only on a instanced map away from general population where the only people killing them are doing the quest, thus gaining some reward in completion. that map west of mid camp, splende-whatever would be a great map to level on, except for the obscene number of quest nagas on there. i havent been there in some time so i cant remember if they've been "corrected" to have exp/drops but i'd much rather see these quest type monsters quarantined to their own instanced map instead of getting in the way on the public access map they're on right now.
