Personally I think this is one of the stupidist features of 'non vip' servers
Creamy/Vitata only off monsters. Basically means 99% of all of these market are botted. Is that really any better/worse than someone getting them in an OCA 1% of the time.
Ghostring/Deviling only from monsters. Might be again to keep the numbers down. As previously mentioned in my topic about these minibosses. They spawn on maps filled with bot drones which easily kill them inside 20seconds. Basically if one is found and put on the market its most likely going to have been dropped to a bot. I'd rather not have them at all.
Golden Thief Bug fair enough to keep them off server for fair play, but the leader of the main woe guild on Ygg uses one his friend found pre f2p. Kind of defeats the objective.

Pre-Renewal Ghostring worked, as did all the other mega-Porings... They couldn't be two shotted by bots. =/ They really need to buff them.

Until I get a screenshot of someone opening a OCA to get a GR or DR on Valk or Ygg I'll have my douts even if they do say its true, since it wouldnt be the first time that they havent shown the best grasp of ingame mechanics.

I opened an OCA two days ago got a Ghostring card from it. I have had 3 Deviling cards from OCA's since renewal....
I am on a VIP Yimir account.

I believe this has nothing to do with ymir server seeing as from the OP's sig link to ROPD they are on valk, therefore they are asking for information regarding OCA on non-vip server.
