So over the weekend we began receiving reports that NPCs aren't appearing on certain maps. We have isolated it down to be maps relating to

WoE 1
KVM / Battle Grounds
PVP

only on Ymir.

But WoE 2 is fine. Currently we are in a diagnosis phase for this problem as we do not want it to continue. We are restarting the effected map servers to see if the issue resolves, as this would give us a lead on where the problem started.

As for resolving the guild leaders that couldn't get treasure : Talk to the GMs, they will restore it for you.
As for the seals rolling. We will be rolling the seals ourselves at some point this week "for fun".

Date and time are messed up on mail system, too. Today the mail system thinks it's 9/5. Not really a problem, but confusing.

I think that's actually an expiration date on the mail. Apparently, mail messages are automatically deleted after 2 weeks. But yes, it is confusing, because it doesn't say that anywhere.

I'm sure GMs already know this but for further information on the disappearance/reappearance of the npcs in question, here is what essentially was happening. Whenever you spawned in and loaded a map (walking into a portal, logging in/out, being recalled, etc), any npcs that would immediately be on your screen would load, anything not in your immediate sight range would not load ever unless you changed maps and caused another load (then only the things in your immediate sight range would load again, etc..). For example, if you warped to brit map near the WoE kafra, you would see her and the repair man, but if you then proceeded to walk southeast to brit 5, there would be no flags or portals shown. You could still walk into the portal, but it was invisible. When you walked into the invisible portal, you would be able to see the portal you just came from as well as flags around, but progressing through the fort you would see no other portals or flags. Stepping outside of the castle (from inside) would allow you to see and interact with the flags. Using these flags would allow you to see the investment npc (in most castles). A very select few castles would have the gd trigger near a portal, allowing a guild leader to walk in and back out of the portal, in sight of the gd trigger, allowing them to go inside.

So basically it's as if the npcs were still there, but only loaded correctly and you could only interact with them if you were near them when you spawned into the map.

My other ones are dated july first. :/

It makes sense though. I guess I just never noticed. Lol

The date on new mail should be abount 2 weeks in the future.

But really the mail doesn't delete automatically, but if it did those dates are the "time to live" for the mail.

Mk. It freaked me out, though. I thought I'd missed like two weeks of classes for a minute.
