Have you been doing Gator or Dryad repeatable EXP quests?
Gators are two east of Comodo, Dryads are two north.
Gators is always far more busy... I don't think anyone really camps Dryads anymore.
Anyhow, it's good EXP if you can't really kill much yourself. Just make sure you're not a lazy AFKer and pull something for the party.

Hmm also you dont really need to be job 50 to change just i think you can skip a step or two in the change XD. Thats usually only reason i job 50.

Job 50 isn't necessary for Thief, no, but it gets you a decent weapon you can sell for quite a profit at least.

@Ralis I've been doing Hode quest since i was job lvl 25 lol, when i went to gators i couldnt find a party after an hour of pulling gators for them juts to prove to them that i can pull gators without problem

You can get a [4]Main Gauche, [3] Jur or a [2]Katar, you choose wich
If your not job 50 its a [3]Stiletto, [2] Jur or [1]Katar
