Can someone please let us in on whether the new skills refer only to high level characters or to all JOBS versus CLASSES(ie capped or near capped characters).
This has annoyed me greatly. Sorry but it has.
This stems from the fact that, I don't know whether to be excited or not.
No capped characters here by the way. And I play every day.

Updates at all jobs vs hi end job classes would be much better for overall player appeal..certainly for me^^
all 65 or below here

on a more personal note...I know, everyday people just QQ all day long about battlemage at 49...2 many stuns...2 hard to kill...2 many heals...
etc...etc...etc...

5 second heal that damages the target too...plus he hits harder that anyone i have encountered. AP at least, that i know of agrees.
Anti is just a bit irregular(bored with 49 foc)...ask around 65 and i bet u can get him to log 49 for a show^^
Hunter is 2nd in OPness...Syleena/AgroAnt (<---spellings iffy..all his char are some agro or another lol)They are insanely hard hitters and have basic rogue wards(traps).
have any of u met DarkOblivion..49 DEFENDER.......not built or made for pvp my rear end. He is a beast...and make no mistake if he charges u...u better have backup w/stuns or u die.... mostly.(warriors fear him away and look elsewhere for prey^^ SH bind or Lith him(HATES TO BE LITH'D)
Then comes the RAAAWR from Valdes...Templar...acts like godzilla on COCAINE.
Gandalf is just as bad^^,Melody is mean as well.
Then rogues imo....cmon most can get a 600 down now with little or no work/investment...this makes almost ALL 49'rs NAKED to 100% of their phys damage...sooo almost any rogue can be mean..but to be BEAST Look At LilBitch/Shadowpussy/UpperDog
Lastly shamans...F THAT.
Really should someone have almost 6k hp in foc 49(costume+pet lvl 10) OP shammies: HAPPYGOBLIN has my award(hardcore player...no lip service or trash talk...always friendly)and still eats all he meets exept TEAMS that STUN HIM ALL AT ONCE.2nd: VulcaniC(all +30 gear for 49. ie ornaments/foc/wand/shield/eriness) Next Pira...then ShamanDruck

last is warriors(poor guys) Have to give this to DRAC...sOb..(sorry Thulkas^^)OrcAngel is death as well if u don't stun and get A-way

Us BMs, pretty is out of 49 just about...SexyXenoa(<3)Pixy(much luv Pix^^) Pikkon^^Princess....i count last..EatMyStun and VimmKisses. Both Constantly party with what ever twinks are on in valdes for 49 bracket..thus almost all matches are 1 sided...on rare occassion hammers get thrown a bone and we get snake or Pix and Pikkon(all valdes toons that don't party w/vimm/eatmystun)

The moral of my rant here is that any character can be MADE OP...ask around NOVA people there will usually help with info
Log a Char in Hammerines and I WILL HELP YOU MYSELF(FknStuns)...don't just give up on pvp in the game and stop. get info and if all else fails get XEONS^^ and lastly..Make it or break it(no event)jewells +16,foc +20 weapon of infinite(tb compensation gear)+12 or 13, may break once or twice.... and go to server battle people..svs costume is hp/mp bonus and bonus defense anyone can get(unlike mall costume which requires mp or buying from someone in game for an outrageous ammount)

lol I know I'm late but better late then never. EatMyStun one of the worst BMs in history lol just about as bad as StuckWithMe. AP (Now NgelicPretty) Good one not taking anything away from her but I think she only does 69 now. Sexy I have only seen a few times and same as Ngelic (No Longer 49 that I know of) Pikkon don't even get me started. I also think you forgot a few people as far as Rogues go Alice is good. And for Shammy you forgot SatanicFIre. Other than that tho I agree with a good amount just the few BMs I disagree. Have you met Bane yet. Lol

No one is 'good' in 49 FoC..

Until there's a divide, i.e. separate matches, between +30 players and new players trying to get FoC armour, 49 twinks will be just causing new players to quit playing.

To be honest, I think there are too many skills. Skills that can be used to stun combo people till they're dead like zerks need to be reworked, and sins have three stuns lol. But I guess all the classes need a skill revamp except for domi, comi, and sakers, they're fair fighters.

Foc 69 is the best out of the three. :|

It's 2013 (two months before 2014) and I didn't read yet... what you expected from developers?
