How many points we have for purchasing the gear and consumables?
Is it points for the team or each character have it's own points?
The consumables we use will we get them again on the next match? are they tradable?

The tournament will be using woe system so the chars once they die are automatic respawned like woe? or can they still receive ress?

How the stalker preserv skill will work? can we get a skill at choice before the tournament?
Can creators use homunculus? If yes are they lvl 99? can we have the one we want or its random?

We cannot repeat classes, but can partys have a Clown and a Gypsy?

Can chars that are not trans participate? like soulinker or a super novice for example? If yes what are the max lvl of them also 90/60?

If I remember, it is 10m zeny. Every gear has its own costs on the RWC website.
Except for EDPs [SinX] and Acid Bomb stuff [Biochemists], you can have as much things as your weight limit can carry.
Is it points for the team or each character have it's own points?
Each character has its own zeny, so use it wisely. I repeat, 10m zeny.
The consumables we use will we get them again on the next match? are they tradable?
I don't know if we have time to resupply between the matches of a battle, but I believe after the battle this can be made.

I believe yes.

Yes, you just need to find someone to copy. It can be from your own team, or alts.

It seems Embryos are not sellable on the NPCs, therefore Homunculus won't be able to be made.

Clowns and Gypsies are different classes [even coming from the same branch], so yes.
