10/11 Maintenance notes.

Is it the act of summoning itself that is VIP locked, or will not-VIP chars be completely unable to enter the arenas at all?

I hope it's the latter, or else some of us will be soloing VIPs forever.

Also, is it once per VIP account, or once per character on the VIP account? I assume it's the former, but clarity doesn't hurt.

I personally like the VIP idea for the MVP summoner Generate more revenue for the game i think this is a smart move. If you knew this was going to be a vip thing in the future well you should have expected it.

i don't know maybe im just annoyed at how people play this game but there's no reason why you should have a party of alts to take out a mvp. Party with people don't party yourself. if that's the kind of game you want to play, play a game on a console. Ive never seen a game where one person has 25 different characters just so they can party with themselves. its like hey play Ragnarok we have over 1 million players when actually we have about 100 thousand everyone else is just alts.

this sounds more like an attempt to make everyone have 20+ VIP accounts to get free 24/7 mvps.
that's if they dont ragequit because they just bought 100 Tao Sets for 1bil

Any idea what the new turn ins are going to be? If the high tier is 125-140 again, I'm going to suggest.. Bio 2 or the Incarnations at DG (maybe with reduced HP)? Or Abyss 3 maybe?

I'm gonna assume once per character, as I think it is much more difficult to determine whether you have done the summon on the ENTIRE account than it is on the individual character.

We just had 135-150 this week, so obviously, it's gonna be 125-140. Although it would be nice to have a Double EXP for us high levels who just found Thors 3 TI way too annoying to do and didn't bother doing much of it this week.

It would be nice to get clairifacation on this. If a VIP summons can they bring non-VIP in with them?

i would love to see the addtional items from GP2.(2xOld Card Album)will it be heim?...

What the hell are you thinking switching it to one per day just make this once per day an option for summoning mvp's you don't have the items to summon. For this sudden change without any notice over the past couple weeks during patch notices I think you should really re-think this idea. Otherwise your gonna need to reimburse those of us who have stocked up the items to be able to summon MVP's considering the summoning items are a item bought on the market.

if you have collected the items and you are VIP sell it to non vip players

The new vip summoner update is really good please dont remove it

I think more people will want to have the daily MVP thing that the people who would complain about it. It's just a lot of people, most of whom are MVP card owners are trying to push this change back because it will kind of devalue the cards that they already have + those who are trying to sell summoning items at really high prices (which will probably drop in price after this post). It's probably a decision between please the majority or please the people that will get burned by hoarding summon items.

P.S. The strange thing though - MVP have spawn times and are camped.. putting this is kinda eliminates the purpose of that? Or are you guys going to muck around with the drop rates so that cards wont really drop much.. lol

There's a purpose for having 99% of valuable MVPs camped 24/7? The way I see it, this will help the more casual players that want to MVP, but do not have access to god items in order to actually compete for the real MVPs. People argue thats what ET is for, but that's only once a week. And it doesn't include many MVPs including Tao Gunka and Eddga.

Maintenance notes for 10/11

These are subject to change and updating. But here is the plan.

• Update the MVP summoner, to not require items, but instead requires VIP (1 per day)
• Update the "Spooky Machine" Will give different items for the various upgrading levels.
• Update Merry Badger to take a couple of MVP gears for Eden Merit Badge items.

There will also be new Grandpa Turnins,
Possibly an October quest (if we can get it all tested in time).
Possibly an Upgrade event where we give out significant prizes for you doing upgrades to a specific item. Think like the Red Wing Hat event of yester year.
