Grind Tempest Build

I need to trade in my rad for a tempest for levelling purposes. im changing back before the UJC expires so idk what lvl ill end up. Currently 65 and i need a build for grind. any ideas?

alot of builds my build is
Templar:
BOLT LV 1 to grab mob easily
Lesser Heal lv10(CAST TIME dna lv 5)
Divine Protections LV10
Sleep LV10(after that patch it is not really important but it is good stun skill )
tempest
Glairing Light LVL10(dna RANGE INCREASE LVL5)(AFTER THAT patch they made aoe weak so u will need to max it)
Holy light LVL10 (DNA DURATION INCREASE LV5)
Lighting resistance LVL10 ( DNA DURATION INCREASE LV5)
MAGIC MYSTERY WEAPON LVL 10
MAGIC MYSTERY LVL 10 (DNA lv5)
instant moving (for fun and escape )(not recommended)

there are more builds but mine is good for me u will have pts left u can up magic shield block rate or WOG if u want to help pp or any other skill u wont need mp recovery in lv 65+ if you have good gear)
