yupIt's odd that even after you uninstall and install, that you get this issue. But when you get the same file separately, it simply works. o_O

C:\Program Files\Gravity\Rose Online
The folder you need to save the file into is "Rose Online" (the client folder).

I'm pretty sure the file should solve the problem. Make sure you're running the game as admin and that your firewall is allowing the launcher. The file does seem to solve the problem. I've uninstalled and re-installed even into different locations and onto different machines since the update. I was to the point that I was just going to wait until the next patch whenever that would be. Windows 7 was the OS here!

You misread. He says it fixed the issue.

Thanks this works, all is fixed now. Maybe make a new topic and sticky it with this fix on top?
You can try and download this and put into your client folder. See if it works for you as I try to figure out what is causing it for some and not others.

I attached the most recent ItemMallListings.xml.
How to Troubleshoot this:
Go to your ROSE Online folder and delete ItemMallListings.xml
Launch the game, the Patch Client should download the most recent version and fix it right up for you.
If you still have problems, try this
1) Right Click on the ROSE Online shortcut and Run as Administrator

If the Troubleshoot help doesn't fix it for you then the attachment is a sure fire way its the most updated xml and if you save that file to your ROSE Online folder and over right the xml file in there currently
Then you should be able to connect as long as you are patched up completely.

go into the folder and manually delete the old "Itemmalllisting xml" file and then just click the link, choose save as and save it in your rose folder. Overwritting it did nothing for me, I had to delete the old one first... not sure why, but that is how it worked for me on my wifes computer...

I deleted the file ItemMallListings.xml then launched the game and the Patch Client failed saying ItemMallListing.xml CRC Mismatch - The downloaded file is corrupt.
You still need to click on the link Cal provided (a few posts up from here) and download it to your rose directory...
.:edit:.
if you followed that I am unsure of what else to do...
