i agree with guy who posted before, if melee classes get skill crit % and skill dmg on their sets, casters should have physical adds.
As for resolute/alacrity - reso adds dex & physical dmg & crit %, not so perfect for sin, alacrity adds dex and physical stuff for rangers so best possible, reso is more of designed for aa sr >_< yet still its *imo* the only set worth farming for sin if they want to get a fair dmg with some % and defence, tho shoulders are a MUST if your sin uses RH sets
