An updated on the Premium Update

**The Character creation was causing some issues, so instead of keeping servers down we are holding back on this part of the Premium Update and will get it fixed and put online as soon as we can.
In the mean time nothing is different than before, you can still create characters as you could have yesterday.

uhmm.. i hope im wrong.. but...

1. u guys dont know how to handle the " free storage time duration" part....

2. u dont know how to handle the " 8 char slots premium " thingy....

3. but currently u CAN buy premium account ??

hehe.. u beeter only give out the 10 days of free trial premium account.... and then fix all the premiuim bugs.. before u give it out to buy.

So we cant create 5 chars per ACCount anymore?

Then its Time to create chars as much as possible (up to 5) as Long as its possible

Is there a bug in the free premium acct? I seem to have it on some characters on an acct but not all. Also on some accts that I have been playing lately I dont have it at all. Is it just not showing up on some characters or accts even if I have been active on them lately?

From what was originally posted Calanor said all active accts between Oct 1st and Nov 21st will be given this free premium but seems its not showing up on some active accts I have and some just a couple of the characters.

Edit: now its not showing up on any of my characters on any accounts, geez can you fix this please?

and.. isnt it premium for the account? so how can it be that there are chars without premium?

It shows above the above the chat where the uws announcement shows. And yes it was supposed to be for the whole account but for me and several others that i have talked to its not that way, showing only on a couple characters. And if they relog the premium notice doesnt show and they dont have it anymore, so apparently its bugged

hmm.. i have 5 accounts online... but NO ONE of this shows anything about premium trial....

thats...lol.

and if im right.. to get the " item each day " i have to have my account online for atleast 1h.. right?

so atm.. the items are not giving..cuz they bugged... but.. do i need to log the account for 1h now to get the items later..or what??

i dont understand anything about the premium..

what is bugged and what works fine??

The system message you see or don't see at times is a visual bug.

The easiest way to test and confirm is to go out and kill a few monsters and see if you get 2 drops from 1. That means the account does have premium since the bonus drop rate is working for the account.

Im not sure either because only a couple of my characters even had it although I play several accounts each day farming, lvling noobs and doing uws. Once I relogged the 2 characters on the account that did have it, the premium free promotion was gone from those as well. I even killed a few mobs to see if I would get the double drops, that maybe just the announcement wasnt showing, but still nothing on any character i tried.

I did actually do just that calanor on an account that I farm on everyday and I still didnt get the double drops is why I say maybe its bugged.

and whats about the free storage thingi?.. i cant u use any premium storage tab on my accounts?!?

At 7:30PM we restarted the servers with a couple of changes which should resolve some of you not getting the Premium bonus and others from getting it at random.
