The skill for Fighter is called Wheel of Fortune. In my experience I receive the cooldown but the skill never takes effect. Regardless I'd also suggest it to be banned from the tournament.
oh yea i was thinking of IAH name

Wheel of Fortune - added to the list.
Also level groups, wouldn't really work out, then we have to make sure we have enough people for each group or we get auto winners etc. If this were a bigger tournament sure, but trying to get even 64 people organized is a pain, let alone 64 people in 3 different groups with 3 different brackets.
If i had a team of 10, not a problem, but as with most tournaments, its Aramis and I and a GM or 2 on duty. So maybe in the future.

Second server with premade accounts and premade gear (with defense, aim, etc) that's agreed on by the community, distributed to players who sign up for the tourney and allowed one week access for practice.I think there would also have to be premade accounts or a level range because level matters in determining your accuracy against opponents, which would make it unfair for the lower leveled players.
I wonder how complicated that would be to implement.
Edit: Perhaps even having specific skills "toggled off."

Please read concerning shadow walk and camo. The skills are currently bugged and can be abused to hide for an indefinite amount of time.60-80 sounds reasonable.

I'm wondering about this as well.but what about the disvantage of bonus stats between 60s and 80s >:

I asked Aramis about that before, but they said that they'd have to make each account manually. It'd be incredibly time consuming to make 64 accounts with only a couple of staff members.

Perhaps the GMs could have a separate signup page, and each player is allocated a unique code in order to make the account. Please read concerning shadow walk and camo. The skills are currently bugged and can be abused to hide for an indefinite amount of time.

Premade gear could be sold in the NPC shops for free.
Edit: How would grens disable their passive mana burning skill? Maybe distribute two skill resets per character signed up for the tourney, but then again people may sign up specifically for the handout.

I don't think that would be possible without work on the developer's end.

Study for finals and get an A, or win tourney, get e-fame, and get a B?How about 60-80 team tourney without material prizes? Glory only.
As for the people talking about stat difference between 60 and 80... just get your character to 80. Simple.
