that we can use fire emblem as a way to escape from them... or idk what you try to say


it's a good pusher/flinching skill even the best opponents can get hit by it.

they can moonwalk FS you know...

and yeah it's a good flinching skill, but tell me how much times can we do that, the fire symbol speed is so damn slow, and if you fall in it well you're a terrible human being

oh i'm talking 1 vs 1, a WM can totally own BSQ, just because no one pays attention to him or they're busy locking someone, etc etc

To be fair we also have Disease, but this got nerfed silently. It used to hit in the air. And recently, the 10% health lost is able to be recovered.

Fire Symbol


Fire "Emblem" have a long cast time that can be used against the caster... Every time that a sorcerer use Fire Emblem they CAN'T move for few seconds (2 seconds) which is enought to be traped in a lock... sentinel knows that, is the perfect momment to use net and then lock the mage and considering that this is a useful skill the probability to be traped is higher and the skill is easy to avoid i know a lot of ppl that avoid it FASTER and EASY.

i am agree disease is usefull and it have 100% sucess rate but for some reason it fail A LOT in pvp (considering only non-evade stackers ppl)...

Kill cloud have a joke cast time and it is not totally useful to compensate the VERY LONG CAST TIME (don't use this skill if u don't wanna die more faster)!!!

penguin is useful but slow and nothing compared with tesla bomb (which is usefull long range atak and INSTANT) or log (which decrease aim rate and movement speed)...

Chill was good idk why did they nerf it... Now is easy to avoid and escape...

Time Freeze is good but it have a VERY LONG CAST time...

Thank god not all the passives/random skills are useful. That'd be a nightmare. So what do they do to stop having barren skill trees? They spam it with useless skills.
EDIT because people complaining about lack of skills is irritating: There's a limited amount of hotkeys anyways, myrm really doesn't need any more combos than it has already. By the way, don't compare raw numbers of skills unless you're going to determine the useful/non-taboo ones that each class has and their combo-ing capabilities. Serious this thread has gone from game balance to pleas for myrm buff and it's rather irritating. We have a section for that. If you don't want weapon attack speed buffs, don't get 'em. It's that simple. Skill build not skill template. Skills are OPTIONAL. Now if you were talking about equipment set bonuses, that's different.

Thank you for your reply. Sorry I didn't see it before. I want to say that, It's ok to have some useless passives but I would rather to change some of them(include active and passive skills we have now) to have some use, and in exchange nerf some of the buffs we have, example bloody roar(can change it to lower atk buff and less hp consumed), because with the buffs now in naked fights or lower level fights overlords seems too crazy with their buffs as long as they can hit(of course if it's lower level fights they may not have all the buffs yet)
Instead of having so many buffs for us, why not make some skills more useful, and lower the buff then we won't have a problem with buffs when we level up and get even more attack as overlords. If we do that then we can have more offensive options(even though you say that we have enough and it's true I can play fine with it but as an offensive class, to fix some skills to have more offensive options like other classes would be nicer) and not having too much buffs(unsure if it will have too much effect after we level higher), then in naked fights or lower level fights overlords won't be too crazy with their attack buffs but have more offensive options as an offensive class.

Cloud is definitely useful, if you know how to use it anyway. Ask Endbringer, he actually 5-0d me in a 1v1 with his wm :wave:

so i was talking to a guildie and it could be great if deadly poison gets % HP instead of a determined number ~ maybe 5% for all the 36 secs of the effect?

For some reason I thought you were talking about Thunderbreak. Now I'm curious about how he managed to freeze you in order to hit you with cloud.
Any idea if he has Cloud Kill higher than 5/5?

Kill cloud is easy to avoid... If he kill u with it is because u don't know that warmage have this skill and it takes u by surprise.
First it have 0.3 seconds cast time and then mage can't move for another 0.3 seconds on the animation of the skill... which is enought to be avoid... unless you want to stay in front of the caster to see the skill effect LOL

Rion was a GOOD player and he was having a stacked defense... And i remember that he use slow heal for some pvps (not all the time but he was playing when we could use it and it wasn't ilegal).
He was good but i remember few times that he was air locked by a destroyer then all his partners die and then all the enemy team just run around him...
The thing was more bad when i saw a lvl 50 priest frog him, then all their team was killed and the next was the same thing, just run around him and he couldn't hit any... And it wasn't his fault it was due the slow movement speed from the mage and the short and line atak skills.

Nah, that has nothing to do with it. It's useful for another reason, but honestly I think Endu is the only WM I've seen use it that way.
