oh boy, thats quite not that simple!!! Since, imo(in my opnion), a build is made according to your goals, your equips, and according to your ammount of dna ^^
for instance, a simple default build imo would be like 1 elec. bolt
1 charged bolt,
1 elec twist, 1 rej.
10 lesser heal,
1 ele.shiel.
10 div. prot.
10 in sleep,
max passive m.weapon mastery,
and elec %,
max aoes!
if u raid a lot in bosses with dots soul depuration is a good thing to use ate lvl 5+ coz of cooldown, wog and haste are good to support, haste more important then wog(let wog for last only if u have remmainning points) imo, btw this is lvl79++ build, dna are not that big deal to think 5 swift lesser heal to instant heal,since is very helpfull in grinding and solo mobs and even to help yourself and others in raids, 10 dna on str. less. heal is a good thing to imo, then 7 pnts in elec % if u re lvl 79 or 9 if u are lvl 85, aoe duration are a good call as well, priority duration is on HL ( holy light) not LR ( lightnning restraint) since lr doesnt have effect in raid bosses and in quite a lot of mobs ( dev. fails on fixing it but whatever...) well if u have 25 dna, and want to ballance it its simple 5 swif. lesser heal, 6 str. lesser heal, 7 % elec passive, 5 on HL duration and the rest in LR duration, or u can choose to have better heals its up to u really ^^
