I doubt turnins are implemented on it though.
The purpose of not going 150 is related to the 14.1 content that "does not go that far".

You don't need level 150.. to test properly.

DB damage is based in Base Lv partially.

Again, you don't need level150 to test properly. DB damage can be accurately calculated even without being level 150.
