ht - 7
pa - 1
fortitude - 10
soccer - 10
qa - 10
forward dash - 5
retreat - 5
stealth - 10
scud - 7
dual mastery - 7
sw - 4

blinding attack would be cool with dna but not sure where can shave off points

dna dependt how much u have but prob 5 on dash, 5 or 6 on ht acc, rest on sw extend, dual mastery

ht - 7
pa - 1
fortitude - 10
soccer - 10
qa - 10
forward dash - 5
retreat - 5
stealth - 10
ambush - 8
xbow mastery - 7
sniping - 4

same thing with dna

Here's the important parts of the build I'm using on my 69 SR. It's sorted after which skills I use the most:

1. Long Range Mastery 7, DNA 7

2. Forward Dash 5, and Retreat 8. At those levels they're both covering 18m distance. I also put enough DNA on the dashes so it's 8s cooldown time on both.

3. Sniping 4

4. QA 10, DNA 0

5. Fortitude 10

6. Stealth 7

edit: I forgot Fortitude!

mmm so this is for sin:

ht - 7
pa - 1
fortitude - 10
soccer - 10
qa - 10
forward dash - 5
retreat - 5
stealth - 10
scud - 7
dual mastery - 7
sw - 4

blinding attack would be cool with dna but not sure where can shave off points

dna dependt how much u have but prob 5 on dash, 5 or 6 on ht acc, rest on sw extend, dual mastery

ht - 7
pa - 1
fortitude - 10
soccer - 10
qa - 10
forward dash - 5
retreat - 5
stealth - 10
ambush - 8
xbow mastery - 7
sniping - 4

same thing with dna

And it looks cool, but this is for SR:

1. Long Range Mastery 7, DNA 7

2. Forward Dash 5, and Retreat 8. At those levels they're both covering 18m distance. I also put enough DNA on the dashes so it's 8s cooldown time on both.

3. Sniping 4

4. QA 10, DNA 0

5. Fortitude 10

6. Stealth 7

edit: I forgot Fortitude!

And this are the important parts, right? Mmm i think i understand a little this classes, any suggest? Better sin or SR?

I would choose the class that has the playstyle I like the most! I play SR, I have not been playing SIN:

Here are some things I like:
Out of reach from most harm with 39m range (xbow 30m + Sniping 9m = 39m)
You're always shooting at something, instead of waiting for the right moment.
When your team is defending, you're in the back of the line doing support damage.
When your team is advancing, you're chasing down the retreating enemy with low HP before it reaches a safe place.

Here are some things I don't like:
1.8s between each arrow, that's almost 2x dual swords swings, which means you'll do better damage over time with duals.
You're more visible than Stealthed because you almost always have a target in range, this makes you a easy target for a enemy SIN.

Yeah this seems like fun, i prefere sin style but i don't like his armor, i'd prefer to do a SR, so i need a build lv69 for it, oh and isn't Explosive Arrow essential for this class? And Poison Arrow?

Explosive Arrow is pretty much useless since you need Skill Critical Chance to make it better, which means you have to sacrifice physical critical chance.

Poison Arrow is primary used to prevent a enemy SIN or SR from re-stealthing, because the damage over time will prevent it.
