Point of a Radiant is of course to Heal Party members. Most importantly healing the tank during raids. This does not always mean the protector. These days lots of toons can get insane agro and pull the boss. Do not continue healing the Protector if he does not have agro, its a bit pointless.
My build has been remade into a very funky hybrid. Straight forward raiding has become boring, and only pvping has its downsides. As such, here is my revised build.
Templar LVL - 1-49
Level 1 Skills
Elec bolt -1
My main pew pew skill. Good for gathering up mobs.
Rejuvination - 1
Filler. Cast it when your taking small amounts of damage or just need a tiny bit of instant heal on yourself. ATM its healing me 200 per tic
Ion Shield - 0
Self target defense buff. Useless
Level 10 Skills
Elec Twister - 0
Self Target AOE. Have no need for it. Never use it in raids.
Concentration - 1
This skill used to give a % more mana, now it gives a solid number, and at lvl 10 it gives 1k more mana. Has become utterly useless
Level 20 Skills
Charged bolt -1
Second pew pew skill. Not that useful tbh. But it adds another skill you can spam when gathering mobs.
Lesser Heal - 10
Its a heal. Its important. It can be instant with 5 dna put into it. I love it
Divine Protection(SINGLE TARGET) - 0
Single Target defense buff. No point since rads get a party one later on.
Level 30 Skills
Elec Shock - 0
Ranged AOE. Raid rad build does not need it. So useless.
Level 40 Skills
Holy Bolt - 0
Ranged AOE with slow. Same as Elec Shock.
Invigoration - 0
Increases hp regen speed. Life does not regen during combat soooo...most useless skill I can think of.
Blessed Revelation - 10
Gives Mana Regen. Very useful. Mystics and Defilers will LOVE you. With the current Mana Regen nerf, LOVE THIS AND CHERISH IT!!!
Magic Shield Mastery - 0
Increases the amount of damage your shield can block. You never use a Shld. Kinda silly to put any points in it.
Sleep - 1
I decided not to take it because i don't use it during raids, and in PvP deciding between healing or casting heal, i prefer to heal.
Resistance (Curse) - 10
Now i used to hate this skill, and then I realized this helps get my curse resist almost to max without sacrificing much.
Radiant LVL - 50-85
Level 50 Skills
Salvation - 1
Revives a player. No point of leveling it more. Be careful when reviving during a raid. DO NOT USE if you are the only rad.
Lesser Party Heal - 10
Party heal. AWESOME. Best heal out there
Moderate Heal - 10
Single target. Can be long ranged.
Divine Protection (PARTY NOT SINGLE) - 10
Yes! defense buff. Finally. Max it, has its uses when you dont have a prot in the party.
Survival Instinct - 10
AMAZING in PvP. Cap defense with this and DP on with ease.
Level 60 Skills
Moderate Party Heal - 9
Second Party heal. Also awesome.
Restoration - 0
They ruined this skill last nerf. It removes DoTs from your team, but the chance of it succeeding is quite low, and the cooldown is too long. Find a Mystic and his Totem will do a better job.
Hush - 9
Stops 1 target from casting spells. No point in raids. GREAT in PVP though. Can be used on Garudas in JS to stop them from casting aoe fear.
Mana Shield - 6
Makes your mana take damage instead of life. Also adds more mana. Tricky skill. Great if your about to die. Toss it on, heal toss it off. Remember that you cant heal if you have no mana.
Level 80 Skills
Divine Cleansing - 2
Removes Stuns, Fears, Halts, Binds. Absolutely fantastic when a WL binds half your party, tempest slept some people. Not very effective for Terms of Service. Tricky to time this skill, but absolutely fantastic in PvP
DNA @ 55
Strengthened Rejuvination - 0
Increases Rejuv per tick and reduces mana used. Since Rejuv is a filler this dna is always useless
Strengthened Ion Shield - 0
Makes self target defense skill stronger. Super useless
Extended Elec Twister - 0
Increases duration of Elec Twisters DoT. Dont get it ever
Strengthened Concentration - 0
Makes you get more mana. Its nice but theres better places to put the dna
Strengthened Lesser Heal - 6
Why not make your heals better. Its great. Though the difference between 6 dna and 10 is VERY small only 140. So stick with 6
Potens Elec Shock - 0
Makes you able to spam Elec Shock more. Also useless
Strengthened Survival Instinct - 10
Absolutely fantastic skill for PvP AND PvE. Passive defense buff, gives you 1.3 def without any gear. Great when a sin soccer kicks you, or when a hunter(mob) debuffs you.
Extended Ion Shield - 0
Makes the self target defense buff last longer. Most useless dna ever
Strengthened Twister - 0
More damage for Elec Twister. Pointless.
Extended Concentration - 0
Increases duration of a buff that already lasts 30 minutes. Dont bother with this
Swift Lesser Heal - 5
Makes your lesser heal instant. Run while casting ftw.
Swift Salvation - 0
Makes the revival skill work faster. But its never instant. No point in wasting points in this
Strengthened Lesser Party Heal - 10
Makes your lesser party heal better. AWeSOME!!
Potens Restoration - 0
Removed from build. Decreased the cooldown for Restoration.
Swift Hush - 5
Makes Hush instant. Really fun to annoy people with this in PvP.
Mana Shield Intensification - 0
Makes you get more mana from Mana shield. Eh, there are much better dnas to put points into.
Moderated Lesser Heal - 0
Less mana used per Lesser Heal cast. No point it already uses barely any mana.
Long Range Moderate Party Heal - 9
This does not extend the CASTING range, only the AOE range. This is amazing! 41m range heals. Completely overpowered and great!
Long Range Moderate Heal - 0
In PvP not much use to have 30m single target heal, and in PvE as well. The 20m range is good enough
Strengthened Divine Protection - 10
This means mystics dont need to use defense totems with me in RH duo or when tanking without a Prot
Swift Mana Shield - 0
Makes you cast mana shield faster. No real point since it is already only 1 second to cast.
DNA @ 25 - 3 points remaining for your own preference
Strengthened Lesser Heal - 6
Because the difference in heals from 6 dna to 10 is so small, you can shave off 4 points and use them elsewhere.
Swift Lesser Heal - 5
Makes your lesser heal instant. Run while casting ftw.
Strengthened Lesser Party Heal - 10
Makes your lesser party heal better. AWeSOME!!
Strengthened Divine Protection - 1
At 1 point it adds about 200 defense which is always nice.
ITEMS
The most important thing as pointed out from multiple pro-rads is getting that scc up to 100%. Then you can work on your hp/scad/base heal/ anything else. Currently using a +30 scc ball and full Nightmare Con Jewel set most 7/7-1. I have 100 scc. YES 100 means 100. I always crit heal and i love it. My max heal isnt as high as some others (only 5.9k atm) however with more +ing on gear i will easily hit 6.5k max heals with my build

Jewelry
Rare Reinforced Daybreak @ +10 or more is the easiest to get. Enchants 6/6-2 or better with Ion Mine .5% scc
The current New set of Jewels, called Nightmare Jewels are fantastic and allow you to mix and match how you like. The 2 sets you should aim for is either CON Rare Dominator or MND Rare Dominator.
WEAPONS
Staves obviously. Please do not be one of those Radiants that uses knuckles. Everyone will laugh at you.
Theres a few good ones nowadays. Here are the staves from lvl 65 and up.
Magic Swallower - 65
Low level Staff. Adds Con, Mnd, and Scad. Will serve you well until you can afford a Carus.
Ruinhorn's Twisted Staff - 67
Mid range staff. Adds Mnd, Mana, Scad. It adds much more scad than the 65 staff and cost less than the carus staves. I skipped this staff. I suggest the same.
Five-Colored Coral Staff - 68
Mid range staff. Good for 69 foc rad twinks. Adds more scad than RH. Gives Mnd, MPrecov, Scad on reinforce. I have NOT seen many of these. Very hard to get. Not really worth it.
Ruan's Competence - 70
Decent pre-end game staff. Easier to get nowadays. Gives Mnd, SCC, Scad on reinforcement. Lack of Con makes it a tad weak for end game. I love it because it gives 4% more scc than any other staff.
Root Of Hell Tree - 71
Great end game staff. Gives Con, Mnd, and Scad. Its fantastic. Gives everything you need. But expensive.
Staff of Control - 72
Not that great of an end game staff. Gives Mnd, Mana, and Scad. Pretty cheap to get. There are better options out there.
Staff of Soul Reposing - 75
Its an ok staff. Not too impressive. Gives Con, Mnd, Mana. But it gives no scad which makes it a bit crappy.
Uncursed Dead Man's Staff - 79
Very nice end game staff due to the amount of magic dmg it adds. Gives Con, Mana, Scad. Can be better than 85 staff if you get lucky, and if you dont you can revamp it repeatedly until you are satisfied.
Perfect Ominou Hell Iron Staff - 85
Con or Mnd and scad and mp. Crazy nice staff. If you get lucky and roll great stats, LOVE IT. Con is for PVP. Mnd is for PVE. If you like to do both, go with Con. A certain Rad on hammerine has it with Con and has about 10k life. So...WOW...awesome staff.
ARMORS
This is a bit harder to decide. Every rad i know has his or her own preference. One of the things that is important is having a decent amount of HP. If you die in one hit you cant heal very well. This is one of the reasons i prefer FoC set.
FOC Aceroa - 65
Nicely rounded set. Very easy to get. Gives static Con which adds up to ~500 HP without pet.
Defense is very crappy though. Gives Mnd, Scc, and Scad but this is a 65 set so it does not give that much. This is the set I use. Currently enchanted with Ruinhorn Con/Mnd's.
Vigorous Life - 65
Not a very rounded set like its partner Foc Aceroa. This gives a bit more SCC and Mnd and Defense. But you miss out on Scad AND Con. I suggest avoiding this set.
Salvation - 72
Powerful set. Very hard to acquire. You lose 500+ life and about 6% scc if not more switching to this from FOC. However you get more defense Mnd and Scad, i believe 180 scad more. Gives Mnd, Scad, Lightning Resist.
Ascension - 72
This is a Tempest set NOT a Radiant set. Dont bother.
Holy Spirit - 75
-_-ty set. Adds Mnd, Int, Fire Resist on reinforce. Int does not help heals in any way. This set is a waste of time and lant. At +0 all you need is a +4 FOC set to already heal more.
Sacred Light - 79
Get it as Mnd and you have a decent set but that means your jewels will have to be enchanted with 3-3 lights or scad (3-3 is better) to make up for the scad lost from foc/salv. This set adds SCC and Mnd on reinforce. If you want to PVP i would suggest getting Con instead. You will get more life and last longer without using Mana Shield. But you will lose heals.
Enchanted Dusk - 85
If you can afford this you dont need this guide lol
But just in case you can and still need help. Get this in Con for PVP or Mnd for PVE.
ORNAMENT
Wrecked Toy Ball (SCAD I or II) - 79
This is a wonderful item which gives SCC and Scad on reinforce as well as Resists. I would suggest getting II for the fire resist. Considering that if you use 85 set or 72 Salvation set you will have the Elec resist covered. Enchant this with either 3-3 svs lights or Ion +5 Scad. Or if you think your heals are already strong enough (Around 6k crit heal on Lesser Party) then you can work on more SCC and enchant this with ion mine SCC
ENCHANTS
For Weapon
The special enchants do NOT proc when you use heals so do not waste an enchant slot on it. Try to use either of these

HOW TO USE HEALS IN RAID
If you follow this order of casting the heals :
Moderate Party, Moderate Single, Lesser Party, Lesser Single
And you give about .8 seconds between starting to cast the next heal, you have a continuous stream of casting the heals.
RH RAID
The first thing to remember is that RH starts to cast ES which stuns everything in a 15m radius when his life reaches that left 'n'. Make sure you are casting heals from the maximum distance you can. If the tank is too close tell him to take a few steps back. Do not bother trying to heal the tank if you know it will put you in range. You will die, Tank will die, Party will die. Sometimes RH will run around. When he starts to run quickly turn on MS in case you dont make it out of range of ES. And just turn it off again after your out of the danger zone.
BISKRA RAID
Relatively easy raid. Just dont stand in DS and tell the tank to move his butt if he decides to stand in the DS like a dork. Oh and when Biskra makes the Fear dopple you should use PB to make sure you dont run around. (cant heal when your feared). Watch out for Biskra chaining together the AOE with the silly single target skill that removes 90% hp/mp. Extremely annoying.
DC RAID
This is a tad difficult. At first hes easy to heal, nothing matters. But when he uses fear, you should alternate PB's with another rad to make sure the tank is always healed. OR you can use my build with extended range heals and simply stand outside of the range of the fear(30m) At the end he starts to use Silence(which stops the casting of all skills (aoe hush lol op)). You are screwed at this point. Its the entire room. But if you can avoid the fear you can still have a few seconds of healing.
LW RAID
Dont stand on the totems if your fire resist is lacking. At the end he likes to lithify people. If he lithifies the tank, start healing his next target. Dont keep healing the tank unless he regains agro.
ROBO RAID
Nothing hard here. Just spam heals.
PLUGGER RAID
Dots are a pain. Not much you can do about it. Keep an eye on your entire team. If you have a great tank and 2+ radiants you wont need to constantly spam heals on tank, so you can heal some members on your team while your at it making sure they dont die.
TYRANT RAID
Pain in the butt. Stuns the entire party in a 30m range, and at the end likes to kill the entire party. When he starts to use Sweep you and the other rads should alternate PB's to make sure there is always someone not stunned healing the party. Also i suggest 2 rads healing up front and 1 rad standing at 31m from boss(check this by trying to pew pew him, walk far enough that you cant but close enough that you dont need to run a mile). When he stuns the far rad quickly runs forward and heals the tank and all party members.
Juggernut Open Map
Silly 50m aoe which decreases armor. If you time your party heals properly no one will die. Keep whoever is tanking healed and yourself. I do not consider this a raid since I have seen plenty of people soloing.
ET Boss # 1
Ridiculous Fear with a DOT and fire totems. Dont stand on the totems, they hurt a lot. Have a duel partner to cancel out fear. If you die, turn on mana shield and wait to get life buffed. Try to stand near Mystic totems. Focus on healing tank and buffers. And mystics so they can keep using totems.
ET Boss # 2
Nasty DOT which you can remove and technically out heal. The aoe stun is a bit more annoying especially after he DOT's you. Once again you should have a duel partner so you can cancel out the dot before it kills you. Focus on healing tank and buffers. And mystics so they can keep using totems.
ET Boss # 3
Another nasty AOE DOT, once again you can remove it. The problem here is the mobs that are also spawned. Good time to have 2 tanks. Focus heals on the main tank so he doesn't die and keep an eye on the one tanking the mobs. At the end the second tank will have about 7+ mobs on him so make sure he doesnt die, they do a lot of dmg.
ET Boss # 3.5
Name is WheelGhost and there is a random chance that he will spawn in the Raid you are in. He has 2 NASTY DOTS. The best way to heal this is actually very simple. 2-3 rads stay close enough to heal the tank, while 2-3 rads stay far back but close enough to heal the rads up front. This creates a nice chain and keeps everyone alive. The rads with low life should stay in back obviously, otherwise they will just die a lot.
ET Boss # 4
This is silly, aoe lithify. That is the only thing that this boss has. Best time to use PB since PB cannot be lithified. Make sure everyone has defense buff so they dont die from the boss simply smacking them. Also remember you cannot heal targets that are lithified. ALSO the lvl 80 skill DOES NOT REMOVE LITH!
ET Boss # 5 Erunil
Nothing hard. She hits 4k+ on tanks which is insane. But other than that just heal tank and thats it. Not very hard.
ET Boss # 6 Erunil Second form
Completely idiotic, you need a lot of HP and elec resist for her crazy AoE. Heal whoever is tanking, and keep yourself alive. Party heal yourself so you are always healed, and single targets on tank. If someone asks for a revive, slap them.
Other things to know
Mind enhances heals. Int does not. Scad is added on after your critical heal. Light damage is affected into the crit. Meaning that a 3-3 light is better than a +5 scad. Int does nothing for heals. Magic damage also increases heals.
Party heals are very unique. You can target someone else with it and with that chain the heal to extend a much greater range. This is great in PVP AND PVE. Lets say you see someone about to die but your too far away to heal them. But theres someone in between the 2 of you. If you cast your party heal on the person in the middle, theres a chance that the further person WILL catch your heal. Assuming theres not too many people around. Another thing with party heals, is when your in a raid, and your main target is the Tank, the easiest way to stay alive is to stay closer to the tank so that your own party heal hits you.
Another pointer about party heals. They heal around walls if you do not target the person on the other side of it. So if you self target, and there is someone nearby by sight is blocked, it will still hit them.
ALSO PARTY HEALS MAKE 0 AGRO!!!!!! Use them when the tank has not taunted yet. You will NEVER pull monsters with either of the party heals.
The formula for heals is simple. For the basic heal, its the actual heal the skill offers + magic dmg + (mnd*.3). For crits simple double that and add scad.
Scad nerf has no effect on Radiants heals. The only thing that is affected is the ability to pew pew.
