And i'm not asking for a very high damage boost. Just want its damage to be atk/dex based.

If the enemy Gx is using all he can to get a superhigh flee, I think it is fair that you have to use all you can to get a high hit. Among other things, you could use dex foods, hit pastries, or change a bit of your gear to have higher hit against that specific Gx, or try using crits, or resign and try with another class which has better luck with that Gx and play ranger for other targets xP.

This is a silly request. One class in the whole game can flee you and you cry buff? Seems balanced to me.
Excuse me silly request??? Match up any good GX with a good Ranger and the GX will will 9 times out of 10
GX touch us and we die instantly (soul destroyer or melee).
Mado Mechs-Neutral barrier and Arm Cannon and we get 1 shotted
Gen`s-we have a small advantage against but as soon as they get close were done
WL-another class were decent against but 1 tetra vortex and we die
We tickle RG`s no matter what we use
Even AB`s can 1 shot us with that abdoramus skkill or whatever it`s called...
We also cannot wear shields we choose t wield a bow which means we pretty much die to everything fast and don`t talk to me about utilizing range because it isn`t always possible in WoE.

Glass cannon a warlock. Rangers are morelike glass nuclear bombs... at least I do feel like that so far I have been playing a ranger ^^;.

because it`s possible to hit 700+ hit when Gx`s are using hallucination walk? please...
every class should be able to match up to one another and it`s not the case whatsoever

Flee is useless in WoE since it is reduced unlike Hit, even for a GX who stacks Flee enhancing buffs, Hallucination Walk, and equips. It would be more than easy for someone to hit a GX in WoE. PvP has always been unbalanced. Give up with your QQ'ing.
This.

Ahhh I didn`t know this but it`s doesn`t make sense when you have 500 hit and the gx has 450 flee and you`re still missing...
I never had a problem hitting a GX, but if it's hallucination walk in pvp then just run around for a few seconds (like 25s or 50s?). MP card makes GXs easier to fight with keen nose. Also, camouflage resists all ctrl+click/auto attacks.
[edit] In addition, I think level makes a difference too. You should make 150.

Hallucination Walk expires after 60 seconds.
