I have gone through all the steps of the question, until I get to the lady south of rachel that is suppose to let you into the mansion. I got to her 3 days ago, and I've been logging onto my SinX about twice per hour to see if I can get into the mansion, but for the past 3 days all it says is that I have to wait till it gets dark.

I understand that there is a wait, but 72 hour wait doesn't sound right to me. Anyone know what the problem is?

Send in a ticket a gm will be able to help you better and in worst case can force a job change.

having same issue. support ticket raised for a week and a half and not solved as of yet.

Then it seems this is a bigger issue than us players can help you with. Hopefully they can get to the root of it and help you guys.

Actually seems like a lot of people are having the same issue. I logged on today to find that 5 people where sitting around the NPC with the exact same issue. Where are the GMs do they check these posts and why aren't they doing anything about it. Seems like everyone has put in tickets and still nothing.

What a lazy way to end my ticket... this is my second ticket and its been 2 weeks now and all they can do is assume? Not very happy with the way the support is handling this at all..
