i just started few days back and now im at lvl 17 or so,i wanna know which method is the fastest to level up,do i continue questing or start grinding? if so where do i grind at? thx in advance

You should be able to quest your way through till about 41-43ish 
then you can start your grind in Ancient Temple in Parness till about 47, then bag on some mobs in South Hammerine
