My artisan is hacked and I send a ticket 2 weeks ago but still no reply and I really wanna play again fast so how to contact a GM ASAP?

Try PM'ing a Community Manager or sending another ticket with the # of your first ticket.

problem is how where u hacked
that would determine their course of action
if u where hacked by giving u're passy on another player, i wouldn't count on getting my player back

gudluck on u're probs man
took me almost a week to change my name using ticket
maybe theylle check urese after a week too

The support team sucks.... They keep closing my tickets without responding! My artisan is still hacked.. I sended so many tickets allready they keep closing it!

I'm really sorry to hear what happened to you and I wish I could offer some advice, but I am not aware of any way of getting in contact with a GM except maybe by sending a PM to one or more of the Community Managers, as Loyalty1 suggested. Good luck.

have you tried logging in again since the incident when you got dc'd then a "wrong password" error?

I've had this happen a load of times over the years. Sometimes after a DC the login server gets 'confused' but if you try again 10 minutes later it's all happy again and you can log in normally.

Hehe yes. Tried like 1000 times xD But it just happened the first day I was 215 and had like 5 E7 and all the sense stuff so I was walking in junon with al the sense stuff and got dc'd within 10 minutes XD So maybe some1 in junon saw me and wanna hack me..

I don't think so.

It's rather difficult to hack someone without there account name.
