Do Noxious Card/Anti-Sniping Garment decrease damage from magic attacks since they are long ranged? I think i heard from someone that it does but I'm not sure need some confirmation

Horn card is 35%!i remember it does...so does horn card(40% less from ranged)
Note: Horn Card 35%, Noxious is 10%, 2 Four Leaf Clover Accessories is 10%, and a Long Mace is 10%, for a total of 65%! Not bad~ esp with the siege robe's +9 option of 20% for -85% ranged which means harmless rangers and magic users haha. Would get pwnzzed by stuff like crit/edp/rc GX though.

GoH isnt affected by range reductions and also damage modifiers that supposedly boost range atk.

yes it reduce, and horn card only reduce 35% not 40%
