Help needed with setting up summoner skills

I am new to the summoner class and this may be a stupid question, but here it is.

I am trying to setup my shaman skills, specifically spike wave. To unlock spike wave, one of the prerequisites is dragonkin force reinforcement lvl1. I don't see dragonkin force reinforcement anywhere on the shaman skill tree map.

I'm not sure if it's hidden somewhere else, or if I'm just being blind and stupid. But if someone could tell me where to find dragonkin force reinforcement so I can unlock spike wave, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Okay, let's see here. Your problem sounds like it could be pretty big, actually. Dragonkin Force Reinforcement (For Spike Wave, right? Not Mega Spike Wave? The one in the first job tree, right?) should be right before Spike Wave as a passive skill. Take a look at this skill build simulator:

Take a very, very close look. Does your in-game skill menu look exactly like this? Can you screenshot it, if possible?

What it sounds to me is like your game does not have the new skills patched in, which I've seen happen to someone else a while back. It should be in plain sight. Please post and let me know. If you need any help with a build, too, I can help.

EDIT 2: If you cannot see that skill there, do me a favor:

Check to see if you can see the skills in the "Earth Master" tab. If all you see are ? boxes, then you need to reinstall the game.

Managed to get it working by using the 'alternate' client in tech support. posting in case other people have this problem, that is the solution.

Use the alternate client this user mentioned. This was a problem he had as well.

Thank you for your reply. It turns out my client was corrupt, and I had to re-install anyway to fix the invisible walls at POW bug, which also fixed my shaman's skill tree.

So now dragonkin force reinforcement is right where it is suppose to be!
