Changed rate of item and world drops for Leaders and Captains
I understand that the rate of the Legendary gear dropped like crazy from these guys but the changes you made recently I have killed them at least 50 times and have not gotten any Legendary drops at all. I mean how rare do you want them?
- Leaders = 50 / 50 (Item / World)
- Captain = 75 / 25 (Item / World)
