Akin's notes on Performer bugs/mistranslations

If iRO removes the fixed cast time (and possible halves base time) on AV it will probably be useable for leveling, but the damage is kind of underwhelming later on, considering the max hp monsters start taking later on. You pretty much need that 6600% mod to hurt stuff quickly. Even if Deep Sleep worked in PVM, with Lex on AV, we're looking at 3600%, which is half of severe rainstorm. AV needs a serious buff to be a main attack for high level wanderer/maestro who don't want to use a Bow. And either way, reverbs are unimpressive, they do like 1/3 the damage of AV (albeit you casn drop 3 of them before you can finish one AV cast bar-- currently), and if you're laying 3 of them to match the damage, you're losing out with lex or deep sleep mods. Metallic sound is garbage, it also does like 1/3 the damage of AV. Its the one I was thinking of earlier with the SP sapping.

I have a question about Reverbation. Realus compilation on iRO Wiki states that the duration of this skill is 8s. Your suggested description claims, that it will explode on its won after 10 seconds. Could you confirm that it is 10 secs not 8?

LOL, my notes on Reverberation are pretty sparse so one of three things happened:

a ) I know I used a few bits of info from Realus' compilation (I tried to keep it independent but there were some things I didn't want to try and figure out like the formula for SR), so I may have copied that wrong.
b )I know I used my iPod to time durations, cast times, skill delays and reuse delays, so it may be correct.
c ) I made it up and I'm actually a crazy person like my wife tells me I am.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to confirm it unless iRO puts back in the free stat reset NPC, reopens a RE test server, or I magically get a kRO account.

Also unfortunate is the fact that very few people did any testing with Performers on Ygg or provided corrections to mistakes/typos I now know I made (thanks to those that did!), and that the GM team copied and pasted some of those mistakes into the client!

I'm curious though, are you asking for the sake of correctness (I fully applaud you for that if it is the case), or are you planning to get it (don't because right now it splits damage on mobs and there's a bug that Elly found which is that the Reverb doesn't trigger if you're performing a second class song, even if you have level 5 Voice Lessons).
