I am aiming for Max Attack Via Dragon Breath & Clashing Spiral. I am confused with the Stat Build after renewal. Should I go with 80+ INT, 99 VIT, 60 DEX, 1 AGI and 1 STR?

i advise you to go DB/Hundred spears, 100+vit 100+int, 90+str, 90+dex and use the mora set

Oh is the Hundred Spears better than clashing?

Clashing is nerfed after balance patch, but hundred spears is buffed. Maxing clashing is still required however, as it adds to hundred spears damage.

Mora Ur's set for the 50% more hundred spears damage for sure. For weapon, gungnir with 2 archer skeleton cards or glorious spear. Eden spear is good too since it has 0 weight, and you get it for free. Long horn seems ok too, and spears with high ATK will still be decent too, despite their heavy weight (hundred spears is stronger with low weight).

i have gungnir 2 slots and BG weapon are very good, hunting spear besides have alot of weight still a decent weapon because of its high atk
Hundred spears can do over 45k damage while clashing spear only does 12k
