Banned Accounts

after the last patch so many gone or quit rose already..with ur last actions u seem trying to lose all players..i dont judge anyone..but as in world every human should have a second chance..so banning players forever at the 1st thing they do is absurd for me..
here is a solution maybe that has some justice
1) ban accounts for 1 month (1st time)
2) ban accounts for 6 month (2nd time)
3) ban accounts FOREVER (3rd time)
We hope things become better for all..

It's a bit unreasonable to ban someone for life for one offense when there are people that violated more rules than you can think of.
And of course it's illegal but a lifetime ban is a bit much for just using a bot once or twice, a 1-week or even 2-week ban would be much better in a case like this and will probably prevent more people from leaving the game because the game/gm's act too harsh in times like this.

life time ban for a first offence when ther are repeat offenders out there, and to take there Items of them what was paid for is harsh in my opinion

How many criminals get a second chance when facing the judge for any crime??? Cheaters in the game affect my overall gameplay... Seems fair to compare criminals and cheaters...

There are different consequences for different rule violations... If someone wants to cheat, then let them pay the price...

Well if this is your point then what are you going to say now to those who successfully used a third party program and never have been caught? Was it fair to those who are grinding/leveling cleanly before the bot ban campaign erupted?
And you really don't get the point of hyper.. What he really meant was giving the person another chance by banning him to play for some time? And not retaliate (as what the gm's did) by removing all his stuffs in his account.
This is unacceptable act that only communist government is doing.. Punishing by taking all what they want.

I've sent a ticket and i got a reply and was permanently banned for using a bot. But I wasn't even using a bot i had my brother press the f4 button for me and I didn't even get a temporary ban or a warning. Instead I cant even use my account I lost all my gear and my 220 char which was all legit never used a bot to level or anything.
Sad to say this.. but you have gotten yourself robbed without even knowing it and sad to say.. the perpetrator was.. hmm

Example if you get banned for talking too much crap in game its temporarily, it becomes permanent only after multiple temporarily suspensions.
As for botters ban, i think you people miss that botters does not just mean using "pushable scripts on keyboards". There are players who setup whole botting party what buffs/heals/revivies and aoes some popular farming places for DAYS, making other players chances minimal.
But in general i agree, first suspension could be temporarily (lets say WEEK), giving multiple "second chances" is too much. Second time same abuse cannot be "i didnot know" and if person didnot get point with first time, he will definately do it again and again.

Actually in most cases ban is not permanent one.
But for me it was a permanent ban on my first suspension and for not even using a bot. :/

Well in most cases people tell about small brother or cousin or friend using account after getting banned for botting.
If you used script/bot or just brother did it wont matter anymore as you cannot prove it, staff will assume you did bot intentionally...
They may unban you after some time.
Good luck about this case

... Criminals and cheaters ? Yes you're right, let's make better than that... we should implement a poll in the forum concerning all cheaters, and ask for a dead sentence. Just vote yes/no, we are like popular juries. And if yes, in this case:
Let's be a bit serious, in the majority of the most famous games, when you bot, you have a first warning like an email or a temporary ban (in wow you have 2 different levels before the perm ban for boting). I have never seen a game where you are directly perm ban for boting wihout warning. Ok boting is not fair and the majority of serious players know that it's forbidden, but I can understand that someone could not now this rule and make this first time mistake. It's human. And I know that the support can understand that, they are cool.
It's just my opinion (and soz for my approximate english)

"oh i'll level to 150, then auto the rest in prison, once my char is 200+, i'll go do the same all over in again in ruins"
And it is these kind of people who end up with a max lvl char in about 2 days of botting, who enter GA, PvP zones and sit around looking all proud of there apparent hard work...
Its Bulls*it, I dont agree with it, why should I / many others have to work my / our arse's off to level to 200+ when you guys can just bot bot bot your way to 220, then sit around and preach like you know what its truly like to put in those hours of levelling / grinding, you lack the decency and overall sense of achievement that comes from working hard with your character, I say Perm ban all the time, You know the rules, so if your prepared to break em, your fine with the outcome.
On a nice note:
"Hats off to all of you who don't bot, and put the time in to level up the "right" way, your the ones I Respect the most"

Thanks, I just leech exp from the people who do bot ;PYou Bot, You pay the Price. It's simple Logic guys, its on the forums, its common sense, too many poeple around here nowadays don't seem to understand the overall "impact" that botters have on the in game community, there just like:
"oh i'll level to 150, then auto the rest in prison, once my char is 200+, i'll go do the same all over in again in ruins"
And it is these kind of people who end up with a max lvl char in about 2 days of botting, who enter GA, PvP zones and sit around looking all proud of there apparent hard work...

Just because a car thief steals cars for 5 years and never gets caught... is it wrong to nail the one who steals a car for the first time even though people do get away with it???
By removing everything and deleting the character proves a point. There is no way to tell how long they were cheating for... point is, they were cheating and got caught...
If you are taking a test and do 90% of the work yourself and then you get caught cheating on the last 10% of the test... does the teacher give you credit for doing the 90% you did by yourself or do they just fail you completely???
By cheating you are taking a risk oif losing everything you worked on getting... to me, your argument fails... I understand where the points are that you and the op are trying to make... I just don't see them as a good argument...
The GM's do not just go in and ban people when they suspect the person is botting... they do little tests and even talk to the person to give them a chance to respond... if there is no response... then it sure would apppear that no one is there when actions are being made so it would very much look like the person is botting...
I can understand that someone could not now this rule and make this first time mistake. It's human. And I know that the support can understand that, they are cool.
If people actually read the terms and conditions instead of just clicking accept, it states the policy about 3rd party programs... not an excuse...

my suggestion is that giving a second chance to them after a period like i suggest on the top..
1st time = 1 month
2nd time= 6 month
3rd time= FOREVER
justice is justice when u dont judge people as they are all criminals of hell...
