I've seen similar ones getting actually sold for 3.5, so 2.8 isn't that bad of a price.

It was when the shop cap was increased to 9.9 bil, some months ago. At this time, I made it at 9.9 bil just for testing, and she disappeared in 2 min 
(but it was a good deal, 1 month sooner, I traded one of my crapy dura sundering +15 + 1 bil for this unrefined 85 dura sundering).
