but a friend of mine said it's 1100 pts -> 240M zulie

Can anyone please tell me the change rate of zulie to honor pts?
From what I can see it's 1500 honor pts -> 200M zulie

I see people buying clean Honor hat\gloves\shoes 225m.
So I would assume 1000 points = 200ish milions, or so.

It actually depends on the item you use your honors points to buy from the honor shops, some items selling higher, some items selling at average price!

go for an avarage of: 1k points - 200m
honor refines go for less though, avarge 3m a piece
I figured it's like: the more points you need for an item, the higher the price gets
