If you're absolutely going for PvE and will probably being playing PvP just for fun, go for harliequin. If you're looking for good PvE and will be playing competitive PvP, go for WM.I'm trying to decide which class I'll be using mainly for fighting monsters.

If you want 3.5k mobs easy at CSS go for Myrmidons

I'm actually bothered by this question too.
But mine is a bit narrow.
I'm struggling between Warrior or Thief for Really strong PvE ONLY.

PvE only?
Warrior -> Gladiator
Or
Thief -> Trickster (Bandit, I guess)
Bandits win as far as best PvE goes, but Glads are still solid enough.

I just started during the phase 1 testing. I used to have 3 hammers maxed, but i was told that this isn't good and that storm blade was better. When i upgraded to gladiator, my attack speed dropped and i wasn't able to dmg as well. How do i knock enough in the air so storm blade is used well?

I quit my glad in IAH because of how slow its attackspeed was. Of course that was before cbt thqice so I didn't know much.

gladiators need their lvl 5 3-hit bear atk, the catch is the skill only launch very shallowly, so you have to follow it up immediately with storm blade. when you get used to it, you can mob fairly quickly, and work your way to myrmidon's gust slash, raising storm for ground mob damage, magnum break and death bound for mass launch, and ultimately, wyvern blade lvl 2 at 51 to demolish pve
