Repeatable Exp Quests

Are the Repeatable EXP Quests broken on Valkyrie?

All the guide I find said Yullo should be at (mjolnir_01 296, 29), but there's no one there.

Nevermind. I missed the pre-renewal content warning at the top of the page.

The new Eden Group Leveling Quests replacement is terrible exp in comparison.

The Eden Group quests replace only the lower tier REQs. But considering how easy it is to get to level 70, REQs for those levels aren't really needed anymore. Once you hit level 70 and can start doing the Gramps turn ins (it alternates between a minimum level of 70 one week and then 90 for another week), you'll find the experience for those quests much better for the most part as they function more or less like the original repeatable quests.
