So I went to go kill Bangungot again today and come to find out since I have defeated it last time I still have to talk to the nurse about it and remove the quest. However, when I talk to the nurse in the 2nd floor hospital it gives me a blank screen and no choices to choose. So I have to close the client down and it still has not erased the timer or the quest. Has anyone else run into this problem as I have or is this another make the players do our jobs to make sure the quests are still working correctly? Thought all the bugs were fixed with that one maint we had a few weeks ago? Just curious

Your not the only one having this issue! This has been like this for a week according to guild-mates. I encountered this myself tonight.
Please fix and yes a ticket is being made.

Already opened a ticket about this ages ago aswell a whole bunch of other serious issues with Malaya.
Nothing happened so far.
(and CM's asking why the community doesn't like the ticket system)

definatelty wasn't fixed as still unable to initiate a new instance and my timer has been up for over a week.

The problem is after the first time you kill the MVP you can't go in after the timer is up and do the instance again. You can get in and out of the hospital just fine now, but when you go to the NPC who initiates the Instance for you they tell you to go back and talk to the NURSE at the entry.
I am a computer programmer as well and from a programmers point of view It appears that the variable that stores the timer is not updating correctly and as a result a collision is happening somewhere within the script for the instance.
I should be able to talk to the Nurse inside the hospital near the 2nd floor and she should remove my existing expired timer quest. Then All I should need to do is select create instance and be able to enter the instance; however, that isn't happening.
here is a visual of what is happening
I have already sent in a ticket in regards to the matter and all i get is generic responses. And have provided screenshot's as well in my ticket to help with the resolution of the problem. This is why players get so mad because this is a bug that has existed for 2 weeks and yet it still isn't fixed.

yeah, still not fixed, they added some diaologue to the first nurse but we cant still enter the second floor

Oda I have submitted a ticket and it was just closed with the following response given:
We are sorry to hear of any issue experienced. The production team is aware of the issue involved with being able to repeat the Bangungot instance and is currently investigating it. Thank you for your understanding. If you have any other questions please feel free to submit another ticket and we will be happy to assist you.
That is the only response i recieved. and I currently have 1 character that has this issue. I will pm you the ticket number as it has been 2 weeks since i submitted the ticket and I originally thought this issue would be fixed as I'm not the only experiencing it. I have posted previously in the thread the prompts given by the NPC.

Is the nurse NPC still not deleting the quest entry for you to re-enter the dungeon?
edit: GM team needs as much detail as possible regarding the bug that people are experiencing at the moment. Please send in a ticket with detailed information, your character name, server and PM the ticket number to Oda.

Most likely it is looking for the updated instance of the quest on the character but since people finished the quest prior to the fix, the quest is not deleted. I noticed that there is an extra character in the name of the quest (the back quote symbol at the end) and this is clearly shown in the screenshot above, though I have been unable to compare this to someone's quest log who has taken the quest since. And no it is not deleting this quest "Explore Hospital 2F`".

I have sent in a ticket over 2 weeks ago with all the info behind the bug as well as screenshots, and I have also pmed the info to ODA as well. Kinda sad to be honest when they can't even fix a 2week old issue.
