The Expo Representative, Frau Beau, is not allowing certain people to talk to her. The quest log states, "Let Frau Beau know when you are ready to pick up a class quest" yet every method of talking to the NPC produce no results. Is this part 99+ only or am I doing something wrong?

Can you post more information? Maybe your class and level?The Expo Representative, Frau Beau, is not allowing certain people to talk to her. I talked to a couple of players a Wizard and a Knight and they are both having trouble with this NPC. I tried to talk to the NPC on a Hunter lvl 87, no results.

I have a friend who is stuck with 2 characters, wizard & hunter. Both chars weren't 99. After completing the
"Increasing the Bazaar Prices" section. The NPC, Frau Beau, will not start a dialogue for class specific quest....
Anyone else having this issue?

It seems like the only people having trouble are people who are on non-third-job chars. It might well be third job only.

86 Wizard - Cannot talk to Frau Beau for class quest
76 Hunter - Cannot talk to Frau Beau for class quest
111 Arch Bishop - no issues
86 Priest - no issues
87 Alchemist - no issues
73 Assassin - no issues
73 Knight - no issues
I'm having the same issues on my Hunter and Wizard as you can tell. I've seen 2 other Hunters (level's 80-ish) unable to click on Frau Beau for their class quest either. I don't think you have to be level 99 in order to complete this early part of the quest. I submitted a ticket last night and have yet to hear a response.

I got the class-specific quest on my 99 Knight but could not get it on my 99 High Wizard. The two Ancient Relics the Commerce Guild Rep gave me made me overweight on my HW, so I put them in storage before talking to the Expo Rep., Frau Beau. She talked to me the first time but, when I tried talking to her again, she wouldn't speak to me at all. I also tried talking to her with the Ancient Relics in my inventory. I went back to the Commerce Guild Rep and then back to her, but no luck. I went to talk to the Expo Engineer but he says he is busy.
Edit:
The class-based quest is also bugged for my 150 Geneticist. Frau asked me to talk to the Engineer but he won't talk to me. I noticed, however, that the image of Frau Beau stayed on my screen even after I finished talking to her. Same thing happened when the quest bugged out for my High Wizard. (I can get rid of the image by pressing the Esc key, but that does not fix the quest for me.)

I made the quest with my 87 alchemist... i had a problem too.
I did the class quest, and then the Missing Expedition at the morroc castle. Acording to the guide of iRO Wiki, I made til step 8 ( Including the side quest for the lvl -99 characters with the Mole Whiskers, Rusty Screws and Gems.) After completed that part, Expo Rep. Frau Beau told me that I'm not level 99 to proceed with the next quest. I want the costume and access to the instance, what i've to do?

You have to get to level 99 or wait till next week when they fix this.

I had a same promblem with my 90 hunter. Maybe it's bug and we should wait for admin to fix that

Exact same experience with my wife's lvl 91 assassin. She made it through everything right up to the end of the Missing Expedition quest, where she's supposed to get the headgear, but all Frau Beau will say to her is that she needs to be level 99. No headgear, no dungeon access. Not happy. This year's event only for level 99 and above, then?I made the quest with my 87 alchemist... i had a problem too.

I'm having the class quest issue as well on my level 90 hunter. The rest of my characters, ranging from non-trans to third job, have had no problems. I guess we may see a fix for this with tomorrow's maintenance because there are quite a few of us with this issue, so I'm going to refrain from sending in a ticket for now.

My friend is having this exact issue on her level 97 sniper. She finished the second quest and got the quest entry telling her to talk to Frau Beau for the class quest, but it won't let her start a dialogue with the NPC. Hoping to see a fix with the maintenance, but if not, we'll submit a ticket~

Time for the 2nd half of bug reporting.
During the Memorial Duengon instance, me and my party were going through the duengon, when we found out that one of the monsters we needed to kill for the quest is in a sealed off area that no one can get to. This is my 3rd time going through the duengon, but the first time this has happened. All the other times a single normal cultist is in that sealed off area. I believe it is because of the random spawn in that map, but because of the quest required cultist spawning in an inaccessible area, we failed the quest. Completly unfair, and tickets from all involved will be sent right after I finish this post.
Again, the bug is random, and can happen to anyone.
