Looking for either a guide or list of places for a lvl 25 muse to lvl. I'm going to be a FS cleric. I already know stats and skills.

Are you leveling alone? If so, it's harder for a full support cleric to find good options for leveling.
For one, you could do the hero quest (find quests a little past zant that seem to be appropraite for you). You could also level up by killing rackies, turtles, or even aquas :o

I really don't know what to do. I know soloing is hard right now. What I'm looking for is the fastest way to lvl.

It's not all about fast leveling, take your time to do quests and learn how to play the game.

As you continue you'll meet new people to party with! At lvl 25 it's really not that difficult to level.

^ agree
as a new full support muse solo-leveling, the monsters around you should probably be green (yellow at most)
don't find yourself in an area to hard for you to handle or you'll just get frustrated
Try to find a party!

When would be a good time to join groups? Soloing is doing me fine.

Any time is a good time to join groups if you can find them. In my opinion it is the best if you want the "fastest" way to level. If there are 6 people killing instead of 1, you all get 6x the experience and level up quicker.

However, if your goal is to take it slow and learn the game, then solo (which is fine too)

I agree with SabbyYo, FS cleric is all about party, you give support, you don't necessarily fight!!

You need to find a party asap, make new friends to party with. Full party's will lvl you up 5 times faster than solo-ing. Probably even more because a support cleric hasn't got great att power wich other classes do have.

If you don't like to play with other's you need to choose another class. I'm sure you will find a party somewhere.

Side question: In which order should I max out my skills? I already have meditation maxed.

Well it depends on what you want but I would get your heals first, followed by the most important buffs (movement speed and attack power), then passives, then the rest of the buffs

Now lvl 29. Where should I lvl?

Honestly, whenever you feel like you're not fighting hard enough enemies, just move forward to the next area. Ideally you'll get groups so you can kill things, and that's basically it. You want to have heals (to keep people alive of course!), bonfire (it gives yourself, and everyone else, mana regeneration - meditation is useful for you, since your mp goes up faster, but the bonfire helps EVERYONE, not just yourself), and then, as was said before, some of the buffs to make everyone else more powerful. I honestly would prioritize buffs after bonfires and heals, though (and even passives if you're having mp trouble) because the simple truth is that so many people have 220 clerics that they can buff with that the buffs will often not be particularly useful.

Even when they have 220 clerics, though, they generally won't be healing themselves with it (except for the occasional EULA-breaking autoheals :P) which means you become useful by keeping all of the people alive as they fight things that might be too hard for them to kill otherwise. Because you don't actually have to kill the things, you don't have to worry about the things being higher level than you as much, generally, since the level difference, which causes more misses, doesn't effect your healing allies. Furthermore, you can group with people up to 19 levels higher than you and still have 100% exp share. So go to areas where the enemies are red, or even purple, and find a party there, then spam your heals while your allies kill everything and you get experience.

I don't have specific instructions for the earlier levels - they tend to go pretty quick if you can get a party - but around level 50 you should probably go to krawfy beach and see if you can get a party there. If there's no one at krawfies lvl 69 and below (not too uncommon...) then you can head a little north from the boat to the doongas (the monkeys) and sometimes there are people up there. If you have a group before you go there, you can suggest to them to go there. The doongas are really easy, and the krawfies aren't bad either, and both have decent enough density.

If you're lucky, you could even go from krawfies to OT (Oblivion Temple) by simply looking for a group with people ~lvl 100 or below at lvl 81 or higher on your FS muse. If you find a group like that, you could stay there until level 140 or more, then go straight to eldeon afterward.

If you can't get a group at OT at that level, then you might try getting a group in GoS (Gorge of Silence); that's a famous place for people auto-spinning for the last few levels up to 100. Another alternative is going to DoD (Desert of the Dead - PvP Area). This area has higher level monsters that give decent experience, and a fair number of people level there sometimes, but the downside is it's a PvP area, meaning players can kill you and partying is less convenient. Anyway, once you get near 100, my suggestion is just to go OT. That's probably the fastest place to level short of Eldeon in the current form of the game, and people start there around level 100 pretty commonly. Also, you're fairly likely to find groups with sacrifice on a 220 (keeps a lot of the damage off of the party), high level FS clerics (buffs, extra heals, mana/salamander flames - super bonfires), and high damage aoes.

At lvl40 stay outside of Junon, and kill moldies. With some luck, you'll find a party that will lead you to Kenji Beach, there you can stay until 60 easily...

Where can I level from 96 on as a Muse? I plan on becoming a Cleric at 100 so I just need to finish off the next 4 levels. I do have a Trainee Medal to use but all of the suggested places are blue monsters to me. Antares I can never find a party to grind with and always get PK'd.

Where do I go after 100 and switched to Cleric?
