it depends on the circumstance, most times its 'No' but there are a few rare times when the investigation shows something that ends with a 'yes'Since when do they return stuff etc when you get hacked? Coz my friend got hacked and they didn't gave his stuff back..even though he sended a ticket.

1 week and no GM has seen this post :/ Nobody from rose team has responded at all.
Send a ticket to the support team (link is the word support at the top of the page)
this is where you need to go to talk to the GMs, they do NOT look at the forums for things like this, you are to report this to them.
