The Attack Power is from Theme Battle; the rest are drops from mobs.

Yes; you can buy them from a SvS reward npc.

Theme battle occurs 3 times a day. There is a "Battlefield" tab on your right which will show you the next possible time you may join. I think the tab is third from the bottom.
