The airship warps are all broken. And I recall that the hunter guild is in hugel.
Is there anyway to go Hugel apart from airship? by walking?
Currently my character on 40 job now.

AFAIK, Hunter Job Change aren't at Hugel in Classic. Its at 2 maps of east from Payon I guess.

From payon take the south exit, take 2 maps to the right and inside the biggest hill near the converging points of the 2 hills there's a board/sign/wooden sign thingy and you just talk to that. But a lot of people are having issues finally finishing the hunters quest. Me being one of those people as well...
