Because It's better to have a stronger, unbalanced, tree, than it is to have one with mdef and int. You don't need int, just use blue pots.

You have a good point :/ but I like it my way....
Reliable attacks Completely goes against the game. (you could have 15 con and still hit O_O)

Ok, I'm bringing in a New Skill Tree for PVP/PVM (because someone asked) (but like I say all the time, skill tree's usually depend on stat tree's/ other way around)
Also, many skill tree's you need stat's to pull it better... But, this would be a build that I think would be casual for players. (but if you have good gears, you don't technically have to use this skill tree, and try something else
On Common:
Hawker Accordance: LVL5
Sprint: LVL5
Quick Reflexes: LVL9
Requiem: LVL4 or put the points somewhere else
On Ranged:
Soul Discipline: LVL5 or you can lower it by 1lvl and lower 2mana Profit (up to you)
On Melee:
Knuckle Mastery: LVL18
Double Slash: LVL9
Triple Slash: LVL9
Focused Impact: LVL9
Katar Mastery: LVL9
Katar Upper: LVL9
Dual Weapon Mastery: LVL9
Stealth: LVL4
Mirror Phatasm: LVL4 (just for the buff with a dual sword)
On Raider:
Combat Weapon Mastery: LVL18
Combo Slash: LVL9
Phoenix Slash: LVL9 (for burn <- it's pretty important)
Sucker Punch: LVL1
Advanced Katar Mastery: LVL9
Advanced Dual Weapon Mastery: LVL1'
Precision Assualt: LVL1 (for accuracy

also helps to get cause you got Mirror Phantasm anyway)
Crazy-style Slash: LVL9
Screw Attack: LVL4
Cloaking: LVL2
Critical Accordance: LVL4
Vicious Accordance: LVL4
Precision Slash: LVL9
This is up to lvl 220

Ugh... Are you kidding? Farming Boss/PVP
How else would you do such a thing? And it's for 220's (if you don't like cloaking you can lvl it up because of new level cap)
2nd many people use this.

You can add a skill tree if you'd like.

I'm too selfish to give away my stats/skill trees.

But man. Those stats are waaaay off the PvP build. The skill tree needs abit of moderating.

Why does this worthless topic get revived over and over?
We've all agreed, these stats and skills wouldn't last 10 seconds against any decent ROSE player.

Regardless, the skills that do are; phoenix slash and flame claw. I recommend using only phoenix slash though.

What he said. The phoenix slash will recover throughout the burning process, so you can just re-use it again as soon as it ends.

SO i have a question about rider skills.. i mean should i use the buffs or where it came to pvp in thsi server ppl buff eachother with clerics and at the end it depends on how int and good buffs does the cleric have and not about the build ???

their is 2 sp left over but I for one think this is a very good stat
SINCE WE LOWERED CON WE MAY USE THE PASSIVES TO BUMP IT BACK UP.
THE SEN i WOULD SAY IS SUPER, AND IT WOULD BE EVEN BETTER IF YOU GOT AN ARMOUR BUFF SET FOR IT'S CRITICAL.... THE AP IS HIGH ENOUGH SO THAT THE RATIO OF POINTS YOU SPEND IS NOT TOO OFF... HIGH AP, HIGH CRITICAL = INSANE DAMAGE (DON'T CARE TOO MUCH ABOUT DODGE RAIDERS :/ CHAMPS LIKE ME COULD KILL YOU EASILY)
ALSO TO REPHRASE THE LINK ABOVE, CRIT DAMAGE IS THE AMOUNT OF OPPONENTS DEFENCE HALVED COMPARING TO YOUR ATTACK POWER AMOUNT, SO HAVING HIGH AP IS A GOOD THING/ HAVING HIGHER DEF IS BETTER THAN WASTING POINTS ON OTHER THINGS

this is gonna be fun killing raiders better raise con than sen or str .... or just focus on Dex,Con and Sen

Anyone ever thought of using Exalted Frostbitten? instead of fv?....
getting exalted rerolled to 75accuracy, 50/40, 25/50, 60/40?
It requires less dex... and is a lot cheaper...
You can save 2071SP points... and make up for the lack of stats.. idk
According to AP ratio, wouldn't it be better?

fv gives attack speed but you sacrifice so many points for that...

When does it state that katar raiders don't need str??
another 8% attack speed for an fv seems to hard to manage.
In order to have max advantage, katar raiders need to have a lot of accuracy as well as dodge.
There is no point of so much attack speed if you miss...
2 -> their are so little reliable skills... >.< 5 damage is weak!

So, why is fv better than exalted?
Bump con to get critical
bump sen for a bit more ap.

50/40 substat..
Attack speed class passive + accuracy + critical damage to replace ap normal damage...

LOL, is that how it works?
If exalted doesn't have enough attack speed, equip Oro's present 50/40...
ARGHH!!! I think exalted is better.

use Glor set (Virgo Gem) & Brave set (Libra gem)
weapon katar FV (Aquarius), Exalted katar (P7)
Acc Typhoon set (full T7), Oro set (full Sunstone 7) & Luna's set (full StarAgate 7)
