Actually to be able to do something in FOC or Ion Mine people need to have a level near to the bracket max.
In the bracket [1-49] most of people are lvl49 and In the bracket [50-65] most of people are lvl65.
So add new brackets should allow more people to have fun in FOC and Ion Mine.
The new brackets could be
[1-35] Because there is lvl35 FOC sets
[36-49]
[50-55] Because there is lvl55 FOC sets
[55-65]
[66-79] Like now(?)

If the playbase is enough 1-10 11-20 21-30 ... etc is the best idea but we already knew what would happen.

Even if brackets would be every 10 levels, there won't be a balance because of twinks.

Hallo NewPlayer and Welcome to Requiem , there was and is and will not be balance in this game. xDEven if brackets would be every 10 levels, there won't be a balance because of twinks.
